We rented some items from Good Event for our wedding and it was just amazing! Amazing service and amazing products!

We had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau due to their unethical business practices. We tried contacting Good Events a few weeks before our wedding to make sure our order was was good to go. However, Good Events refused to respond to our voicemails, emails, and direct messages. We had no idea they were even still in business. After finally getting a hold of someone (who was completely unresponsive), we decided to cancel our order. The ironic thing is that we were charged a 30% cancellation fee. We had no idea Good Events was even open due to the company's zero communication with their client. We have an open case with the BBB which Good Events lied to an initial claim and gave invalid information. Please do not use them. There are way, way, way better businesses in the area.

Horrible service. Impossible to get ahold of. Booked them and then couldn't get ahold of them after twenty attempts in two weeks. When I was finally able to speak with someone, he was so rude, unconcerned about the stress he's caused. Offered no apology. Do not hire them.
