Fine Linen Creation are the true heroes who brought my vision of the wedding reception room to life. The transformation was absolutely stunning, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. Terri is the absolute best—her attention to detail and dedication to making everything perfect were evident in every aspect of the decor. Ruby was also incredibly helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly.

Terry was easy to work with and professional. Their linens are high quality and their designs are beautiful. Their design added the perfect touch to complete our wedding look.

My BFF was getting married and she chose a location that basically included everything. When we started attending the meetings we realized that the standard linens they provided were not great and to "upgrade" the linens they were going to charge a lot of money we decided to call good ol' Terry to check out her rates.

Terry has once again managed to blow my mind with her awesome rates and her overall sweetness! The bride and I stopped by her shop and she was so warm and sweet and she remembered me even though it's been 3 years since my wedding!!

We booked our wedding at Hayes Mansion and Fine Linen Creations was one of the preferred vendors that decorates at that venue for a lot of their weddings. Since everything related to weddings is so expensive, we were actually surprised that with all the things we rented, the costs was very reasonable. Our wedding had approximately 200 guests, so we rented:

* 200x chair covers with two different bow colors
* ~35x uplights in two different colors (the grand ballroom at Hayes Mansion is pretty big)
* 2x 8-feet tall manzanita trees
* 2x white pedestals for the ceremony

The total cost was only around $1,400, which I wasn't expecting it to be that low. And since they are a preferred vendor for Hayes Mansion, once we put a deposit and told them exactly what decorations we wanted to rent, that was basically it. They coordinated with the venue as far as when is the best time to come set up, which was one less vendor we needed to worry about.

I highly recommend this vendor as the quality service was great and the price was very inexpensive.

Our guests were absolutely stunned by Terry's work. I have to admit, I went back and forth between several different design ideas and color palettes but Terry was always super patient along the way and, while not pushy, shared her vision/thoughts for what worked best in her past events. She worked with us on cost and even threw in a few extras which was much appreciated. When I handed over the contract to my coordinators for review they were even stunned by the awesome deal we got - saying they had never seen such a great deal for the type of work we were getting done!

Fine Linens Creation was an excellent choice for our Table Linen needs. I didn't know much about linens and they walked me through different styles of fabric and helped me determine the best fit for my needs. Also, I was able to call them later to change my order, and I even had to change it once more when I arrived to get the linens, and thankfully, they had the extra linens available. When I first contacted them, I tried emailing and didn't get a response, however, I stopped by in person and the staff was incredibly friendly. Their prices are also reasonable for table linens.

I don’t know how this place is getting all these positive reviews. Our experience was beyond poor. They messed up on our delivery and would not own up to it calling us liars. We told them that we would pull up the footage and their tone changed. Instead of a resolution, all we got is a next time we will do better. This site will not allow us to leave our full details but I did leave a breakdown on G. I would not recommend this place!
