The Centralia Square Grand Ballroom and Hotel is a historic vintage wedding venue located in Centralia, Washington. It features a lavish ballroom with high ceilings and an outdoor terrace overlooking beautiful George Washington Park. We are conveniently located off I-5, halfway between Seattle and Portland.
Facilities and Capacity
Our venue can host up to 275 guests for a couple’s wedding. The recently renovated Grand Ballroom has beautifully restored ceilings that sit two stories high and original hardwood floors. The lighting is provided by classy pendant lights, uplighting on the walls, and overhead skylights featuring gorgeous opalescent glass. The ballroom also has a full stage and orchestra balcony. The Parkview Terrace is the perfect location for a cocktail reception or ceremony. George Washington Park below is a popular portrait destination for couples on their wedding day. The West Banquet Hall features the same polished appearance as the Grand Ballroom with a smaller setting. It features a built-in bar and large windows that can be shaded with drapery. The Vintage Fireside Lounge, connected to the banquet hall, has richly painted walls, a fireplace, and tufted furnishings.
Services Offered
Not only can couples host their ceremony and reception at our venue, they can also use our spaces for bridal showers, rehearsals and engagement parties. We are happy to provide event items such as tables and chairs for free and couples are more than welcome to provide their own vendors including catering and bartending. Options are available to rent items such as linens, chair covers and DJ equipment. Onsite overnight accommodations mean that couples and guests don’t have to drive to find a place to rest following the festivities.
Accommodations
Couples can rent our hotel’s eight vintage suites for their wedding night. Each suite sleeps up to four overnight guests. These traditional spaces all feature private bathrooms, where guests may find clawfoot bathtubs or marble showers. There are also five two-person rooms at the hotel.

They run a family business and have a couple different properties ( all would be amazing for weddings) they are really bringing a breath of fresh air to Centralia Washington! They were both very accommodating and responsive to all our questions and requests, some of their staff even checked on us while we were preparing to make sure that they couldn't help out in any way! The rooms we stayed in were super cute and very comfortable, the ballroom was absolutely gorgeous and required very little decoration to make it exactly what i was looking for! the whole place has an old world feel and a charm that just cant be beat! We had an incredible time and we are so excited that we chose this venue for our wedding!
