The Centralia Square Grand Ballroom and Hotel is an historic vintage wedding venue featuring a lavish ballroom with high ceilings and an outdoor terrace overlooking beautiful George Washington Park. We are conveniently located off I-5 halfway between Seattle and Portland.
Facilities and Capacity
Our venue can host up to 300 guests for a couple’s wedding. The recently renovated Grand Ballroom has beautifully restored ceilings that sit two-stories high and original hardwood floors. The lighting is provided by classy pendant lights, uplighting on the walls, and overhead skylights featuring gorgeous opalescent glass. The ballroom also has a full stage and orchestra balcony. The Parkview Terrace is the perfect location for a cocktail reception or ceremony. George Washington Park below is a popular portrait destination for couples on their wedding day. The West Banquet Hall features the same polished appearance as the Grand Ballroom with a smaller setting. It features a built-in bar and large windows that can be shaded with drapery. The Vintage Fireside Lounge, connected to the banquet hall, has richly painted walls, a fireplace and tufted furnishings.
Not only can couples host their ceremony and reception at our venue, they can also use our spaces for bridals showers, rehearsals and engagement parties. We are happy to provide event items such as tables and chairs for free and couples are more than welcome to provide their own vendors including catering and bartending. Options are available to rent items such as linens, chair covers and DJ equipment. Onsite overnight accommodations mean that couples and guests don’t have to drive to find a place to rest following the festivities.
Couples can rent our hotel’s eight vintage suites for their wedding night. Each suite sleeps up to four overnight guests. These traditional spaces all feature private bathrooms, where guests may find clawfoot bathtubs or marble showers. There are also five two-person rooms at the hotel.

The Grand Ballroom is gorgeous and Neil, Jodi, Heather, and Eric were so easy to work with. We were amazed at how beautifully everything came together. The icing on the cake was having the hotel in the same space. We can’t say enough wonderful things about this venue.Sent on 07/14/2018

Neil and Jodi own two amazing locations: Centralia Grand Hotel and Ballroom and Aerie Ballroom. The locations are a block away from each and we utilized both for our wedding.Sent on 11/19/2017
After an extensive hunt of wedding venues, none of which we loved, we took the drive to Centralia to tour the hotel and the Aerie. Neil met us at the front desk and showed us around the hotel first. His friendliness and professionalism shined through immediately. He is so warm and inviting. The hotel is ridiculously beautiful and Neil gave us a history of the building and all the charm and love that has gone into keeping it in impeccable condition.
We then walked down the street to the Aerie. The second we walked in, we knew this was our venue. Neil and Jodi have done an incredible job of maintaining the almost 100-year-old building. We paid our deposit and signed our contract that day.
We blocked out almost all the rooms at Centralia Grand Hotel for ourselves, our parents, and our bridal parties. Upon checking in, we were greeted with complimentary champagne. Every staff member we encountered were welcoming and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and have an amazing old-school charm that you must experience.
We had our rehearsal dinner, as well as our wedding ceremony and reception at The Aerie. Our entire weekend was perfect thanks to Neil and Jodi, their team, and the stunning buildings in which we had the privilege of utilizing for our wedding.
Upon checking out, the front desk had gathered some items that were left at the Aerie after our wedding and ensured that we got them back. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine as their congratulations. Additionally, a few weeks after our wedding, we received a package in the mail with other items that had been found after our stay.
We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding weekend! We plan on staying there in the future and we recommend them for any event.

This is a gorgeously renovated facility with which we are excited to offer package deals for event space as well as hotel rooms. We are located just a half block from each other in historic downtown Centralia making for easy access to Centralia Square's ample parking lot and hotel rooms for Aerie guests.
