Our wedding at the Centralia Grand Ballroom and Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The venue is so beautiful and Neil and Jodi were great hosts. Its also really nice having the option to rent rooms right at your venue. It made setting up and getting ready so much less stressful and was a lot of fun! The value for your money is amazing. We had such a wonderful weekend and will never forget our time there. Can't wait until we can go back and stay at the hotel again. We highly recommend!

The Grand Ballroom is gorgeous and Neil, Jodi, Heather, and Eric were so easy to work with. We were amazed at how beautifully everything came together. The icing on the cake was having the hotel in the same space. We can’t say enough wonderful things about this venue.

Neil and Jodi own two amazing locations: Centralia Grand Hotel and Ballroom and Aerie Ballroom. The locations are a block away from each and we utilized both for our wedding.

After an extensive hunt of wedding venues, none of which we loved, we took the drive to Centralia to tour the hotel and the Aerie. Neil met us at the front desk and showed us around the hotel first. His friendliness and professionalism shined through immediately. He is so warm and inviting. The hotel is ridiculously beautiful and Neil gave us a history of the building and all the charm and love that has gone into keeping it in impeccable condition.

We then walked down the street to the Aerie. The second we walked in, we knew this was our venue. Neil and Jodi have done an incredible job of maintaining the almost 100-year-old building. We paid our deposit and signed our contract that day.

We blocked out almost all the rooms at Centralia Grand Hotel for ourselves, our parents, and our bridal parties. Upon checking in, we were greeted with complimentary champagne. Every staff member we encountered were welcoming and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and have an amazing old-school charm that you must experience.

We had our rehearsal dinner, as well as our wedding ceremony and reception at The Aerie. Our entire weekend was perfect thanks to Neil and Jodi, their team, and the stunning buildings in which we had the privilege of utilizing for our wedding.

Upon checking out, the front desk had gathered some items that were left at the Aerie after our wedding and ensured that we got them back. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine as their congratulations. Additionally, a few weeks after our wedding, we received a package in the mail with other items that had been found after our stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding weekend! We plan on staying there in the future and we recommend them for any event.

We fell in love with the Centralia Square Grand Ballroom the minute we saw it. It is absolutely beautiful and definitely grand. We did not hesitate to reserve it for our wedding and reception as we knew It would be perfect for our ceremony. We rented the Grand Ballroom along with the downstairs Lounge and adjoining rooms for our rehearsal, wedding and reception. All of our guests raved about how nice it was! Neil and Jodi were so nice and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. There were no rules that forced us to use any particular vendor for our event. In fact, we could have catered it ourselves if that's what we wanted to do. We actually hired all of our vendors from outside sources and coordinated the wedding and reception with no issues. The price for the venue was very reasonable which was a real surprise based on the fact that the Ballroom was much nicer than the other venues that we looked at for twice the price! The rental price also included all of the tables and chairs that we needed for the ceremony and reception, so that was an additional savings. Overall, we were very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend the Centralia Square Grand Ballroom to anyone needing a beautiful venue.

Neil and Jodi are simply amazing! Our original venue ended up canceling on us 6 months out and luckily they had the date available! These two made the whole wedding process easy! We rented all the equipment we needed from them and set everything up the morning of the wedding. They were very hospitable and accommodating to us and all of our guests. The entire building has been beautifully renovated and they take pride in that fact. We simply cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are wanting a grand wedding for less than the price of one, book the Ballroom!!!! Thank you so much Neil and Jodi!!!! You made our special day very memorable!!!! Huzzah!!

They run a family business and have a couple different properties ( all would be amazing for weddings) they are really bringing a breath of fresh air to Centralia Washington! They were both very accommodating and responsive to all our questions and requests, some of their staff even checked on us while we were preparing to make sure that they couldn't help out in any way! The rooms we stayed in were super cute and very comfortable, the ballroom was absolutely gorgeous and required very little decoration to make it exactly what i was looking for! the whole place has an old world feel and a charm that just cant be beat! We had an incredible time and we are so excited that we chose this venue for our wedding!

I'm in the process of looking for a venue. Today Jodi met up with me and gave me a tour of all 3 venues she manages. I really love the classic feel of this place. If my honey agrees- this just might be the place. It has been beautifully restore to all its glory.

We had our ceremony and reception at the Aerie Ballroom which is another one of the properties these owners have. They were easy to work with and saved our date without any issues or conflicts. They were available everytime we needed somebody to come over and the price for a ballroom was fantastic. It is a beautiful place and our wedding barely needed any decorations because the place was gorgeous enough. Thank you Aerie ballroom for making our wedding a very memorable one!

We did our reception here. Beautiful building. The owners are very nice people and were flexible with us in planning our decorating time around our rehearsal dinner. They allowed me to view the area multiple times before and after we signed the contract so I could show friends and plan out the reception. I wanted a beautiful place to have it and this was hands down our top pick. It's historical too which was a plus for me and my husband. Tables and chairs were included and you can rent other items as well although we chose to bring in our own stuff. There aren't any hidden fees either like other venues--so you're not going to be charged extra for bring your own supplies or choosing your own baker, etc. We actually even got a discount bc we were an alcohol-free wedding. Our wedding was just under 2 weeks before Christmas and they had a large tree in the foyer which we had really hoped for. It added the perfect touch. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. If you pick this venue you will LOVE it.

This is a really beautiful space to have any event especially a wedding. I had my wedding here and the ballroom made for an amazing ceremony. I would definitely suggest taking a tour of the building and even check out the hotel rooms.
The only thing I would recommend is to make sure to get everything in writing because the owners seem to have a lot going on and it can feel like you are just given a rushed "yes" to a lot of your questions. I felt at times we were pushed a lot to rent additional rooms or spaces because they were open for other people to rent. I did not like having that pressure/fear placed on us. The owners are very friendly and flexible just make sure to be extra clear on questions and get any changes in writing. I think they could definitely use a wedding coordinator who specifically took care of weddings/events, but then again the cost of renting would go up. You won't regret having your wedding here, but short story long, make sure to have your questions answered in writing through emails so you have a record. And pay the extra money for their cleaning service! It made the end of the night a million times easier!!

The owners were great. They were very easy to get a hold of for all my questions and the venue was absolutely beautiful. If you want your dream wedding on a budget, look no further.

I loved having my wedding here! It is a beautiful place. My husband and I walked in, and just knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The ballroom is beautiful and does not need much more decorating, All of our guests made comments about how beautiful it was. The only complaints that I had is the staff the night of our event. After our reception I asked the staff at the front desk if it was alright if we left our kegs in the prep kitchen overnight. He said that everything needed to be out of the kitchen by that evening, which I thought was very uncool. So in my wedding dress, I was helping take kegs down a very large flight of stairs. I also didn't appreciate that I couldn't place a sign near the parking lot that stated the parking lot was for our wedding guests. I was told I could do this after the restaurant closed, which was two hours past the time of my ceremony. Also, I don't think it is right that they charge extra for the room downstairs and the terrace/bar room. For the money I paid, this should be included.

The ballroom is beautiful! We enjoyed having our wedding here. The venue is an old beautiful hotel with lots of character, which my now wife and I loved! My only suggestion is ask questions before booking. We had some requests that we were told we couldn't do, after we signed the paperwork.
