I cannot speak more highly of Trang. She was an Angel. I got my dress from the Dressing Room but live out of town. I was going to get my dress alterations in my own city. I was told by an alterations place in my city that my dress wouldn’t be able to fit me properly because I didn’t have the right body shape for it . I was so upset and called the Dressing Room. They recommended I go to Trang because the majority of their brides go to her. I decided to make the drive in order to get my alterations done by her, and I am so glad I did. She was so sweet to me and assured me she would make my dress perfect. She is incredibly skilled and amazing at what she does. She made my dress fit me absolutely perfectly. I loved it, and I cannot thank her enough! Would highly highly recommend Central Alterations to anyone!

Trang is so talented and was such a joy to work with. I bought a wedding dress off the rack and she made it look custom-designed to me with the perfect fit and an expertly done bustle. She went above and beyond on short timeline as well.

I had my wedding dress alterations done by Central Alterations and I would highly recommend them any day. I had an extra layer of glitter tulle added to my dress and you would never even notice that it wasn’t always there. It added just the perfect amount of sparkle and that little touch that made my wedding dress unique. They truly went above and beyond and were worth every dollar spent.

Central Alterations went above and beyond for my wedding dress alterations. They altered the actual dress, the A-line skirt that went over the dress, and they even created removable off-the-shoulder sleeves (with snap buttons inside the dress) with extra lace from the designer. They did all of this very timely, in just a few weeks. They also altered dresses for my mother and sister. We highly recommend their services and will definitely be coming back!

Trang is amazing. So much fun, so pleasant and so good at what she does. I was referred to her by The Dressing Room for alterations of my wedding dress. I received my dress about two and a half months before our wedding day. Trang promptly scheduled my first fitting, and then following fittings about 4 weeks apart. Every time I went to see her I fell in love with the dress more and more. She was and is a real pleasure to work with. I will not hesitate in the future to bring more alterations to her.

Quick on alterations and reasonable price! My alteration was difficult with a ton of beading and came out spectacular!

They measured me incorrectly. Too short. I spent $500 on alterations. They lie about their mistakes and think that I am a stupid. The pictures were ruined. A special photo session and day was ruined. They can give whatever excuses that helps them sleep, but they did horrible work and refused to acknowledge it. The money doesn’t matter that they took, but I can not get back the memories.

Central Alterations was dishonest in their quote. Trang originally said it would be $150 to make the alterations. When my future daughter-in-law came back for her fitting, the dress was still too big and was falling off. She told her it would be another $150 to fix it. She came back a second time and the dress was still not right. She was forced to pay Trang in cash in order to get the dress back. We found a seamstress who is not fixing the dress. Trang should do the right thing and refund the money to my daughter-in-law. She never gave us a receipt and told us we had to pay in cash.
