We would recommend Bianca's talents to anyone planning their wedding! Troy and I got married a couple of weeks ago and our wedding day went absolutely perfect, all thanks to Bianca! From the very first inquiry text I had sent her till our thank yous days after the wedding, Bianca was by far one of the true elements of our wedding that we know we could not have gone without. She is incredibly detail-oriented and showed it with the all of the notes, timelines, and communication that she provided us. Troy and I feel most at ease when we know what is going on, and Bianca was very adament about sending us text updates on any response she received from our vendors. She is so easy to talk to and you could tell that she is loved by all that she meets! She made us feel nothing but love and excitement for our day and truly made this process a breeze. We hope to someday hire her again for her full planning services in the future!! *A random side note - Bianca was so incredibly on top of everything that my dad commented on how amazing she is while he was me down the aisle! My dad is a man of a very few words, so hearing this made me feel like Troy and I were so lucky to have found Bianca!

I wish I had a book to be able to share all the little details that Bianca put into planning out wedding to make it special. We spent over a year planning with Bianca and having her by our side made the process as stress free as planning a wedding could be. She really took the time to get to know us and understand what was imprudent to us in our wedding.

We wanted a fall weekend in Idyllwild to celebrate with a small group of family and friends. She understood our vision and helped us prioritize our funds to curate a weekend that was exactly what we wanted. She took time and care to find great vendors for us and her vendor selection process took the guess work out of budgeting and selection. The entire process when I spoke to vendors, including the wedding day, they raved about working with Bianca; I know this is a testament to her professionalism and great personality.

The day of our wedding we hit significant weather challanges but she helped us quickly adapt. Without her I know I would have been lost in the details and trying to make last minute adjustments instead of enjoying the day. I trusted her and her team and they made it just as magical as I envisioning, even with the last minute changes.

I know a full service planner might not be in everyone’s budget, but it was so worth committing some of our funds to her and her team. It allowed my family, bridal party, and me, to relax and enjoy the weekend. I cannot recommend Bianca enough, and I hope this review offers other brides a chance to find her and help make their wedding experience great.

Bianca and her team were absolutely wonderful and made our wedding day and the whole planning experience better than we ever could have dreamed of!

The details meetings leading up to the day were so organized and thoughtfully planned. She made sure we didn't forget about anything and offered ideas and suggestions I hadn't even thought about. I loved the software tool they used and gave us access to, it made it so easy to keep track of all of our to do's, create our seating chart and visualize the layout and decor of our wedding. The whole experience was very professional and she made a normally stressful process actually FUN! She truly felt like an expert in weddings and her energy every time we met left me feeling so worry-free and just full of excitement for the special day we were planning together.

On top of their incredible service, Bianca's prices were very reasonable (compared to a lot of the outrageous fees in the wedding industry these days) and it just made the whole process even more enjoyable. 

We can not thank Bianca and her team enough for everything they did to make our day as special as it was. They went above and beyond in so many ways I could literally cry thinking about how much of an impact they had on our entire planning experience and wedding day. I can not thank them or recommend them enough, do yourself a favor and work with Celestial! 

Where do I even begin to express my gratitude for Bianca? She is an absolute rockstar wedding coordinator! From the moment we started working with her, I knew we were in the best hands. Bianca’s help with planning and organizing, day-of coordination, and vendor management was nothing short of exceptional.

What truly amazed me was her incredible organization and Type A personality. As a self-proclaimed control freak, I was anxious about letting go of the reins. But Bianca’s wealth of experience and expertise made me feel not just confident, but genuinely cared for. She took the time to understand my vision and emotions, ensuring that every detail reflected my dreams for the day.

On our wedding day, Bianca and her team were nothing short of miraculous. They gracefully tackled every challenge that came their way, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the joy of the moment without a hint of stress. I was blissfully unaware of any hiccups behind the scenes, all thanks to her calm and collected nature. Reflecting on the entire process, I wish I had invested even more in Bianca’s services. Balancing wedding planning with my job was a juggling act, and having her take on more responsibilities would have made it all so much easier. Her professionalism, kindness, and undeniable passion truly shine through in her work.

Bianca is a real professional. From our very first meeting, she made us feel both comfortable and relieved. We were worried about planning a wedding in just 4 months time!! Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. From the very first consultation to the moment she said goodbye after our reception.... she was on top of it! Carefully detailed check lists, texts, phone calls and reminders. Her communication skills are phenomenal . We highly recommend Bianca to any couple planning a wedding. She will not disappoint. Our outdoor farm reception was near the line fire in the mountains near Highland. We were so stressed, but Bianca helped to calm our nerves and assured everything would be ok. We ended up having our dream wedding reception!! My wife and I will miss our talks with Bianca.

Bianca and her assistant Lauren were the absolute dream team. Professional, organized, friendly, accessible, and thought of everything. We wouldn’t have been able to pull off our wedding without them. I honestly miss meeting with them to plan. It was really fun and Bianca made the process so enjoyable because of her positive attitude. They were really the best!

Bianca is so incredibly talented, she went above and beyond with her guidance and expertise. She is worth every penny, (great and affordable prices by the way!) Any level of her planning options are absolutely worth it! We decided on partial planning and she was with us every step of the way! Her mind reading abilities are amazing! Bianca and Rebecca went above and beyond on my wedding day, dealing with 35 MPH winds and always checking with me first before making any big decisions. We are truly grateful for Bianca and her team for everything: great communication, clear contract, surprise groom & bride baskets with essentials, effective communicator, sweet and understanding beings. We truly believe that our day wouldn’t have been so smooth without all their help. Her timeline was impeccable. We had very minimal hiccups if any. Bianca took care of everything for us the day off so if there were any, we didn’t notice. She promptly took care of it on her own/with the help of her team.
