We are so incredibly happy with the quality and service of GGC. Due to the pandemic our October 2020 original wedding date was moved to summer of 2021. Mark & Vanessa were more than understanding and ensured we kept our deposit for the new pushed date. When we did our menu tasting, the chef graciously created a customized gluten free plated menu and even passed hors d’oeuvres with plenty of GF options to choose from. The day of the wedding, we had a professional team of servers and Vanessa really made our ceremony and reception vision come to life at The Graber Olive House. It was such a pleasure working with GGC because I knew that our guests were going to be treated with the same care as we received from day one of planning our wedding. Not to mention the delicious food is still being talked and raved about by all my guests. A few of them have already mentioned they are eager to book GGC for upcoming holiday events.
