Campfire Evergreen

- [x] It has been over a year since my father passed away suddenly in February of 2020. It was a difficult and stressful time for my family. We had to plan a funeral and reception in his honor in a short amount of time. During an emotional time Amanda Leonard and her staff at Campfire were absolutely amazing, helping my family and I plan a reception of 100 guests in his honor during a devastating time. Their knowledge of event planning, attention to detail, and genuine approach was abundantly clear. In a short amount of time, the staff was planned a reception for my father for over 100 guests at our home. The presentation was beautiful. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. When the timing of the reception was unexpectedly changed and was moved up an hour earlier. The staff didn’t blink an eye. The food was amazing and ready for the guests at the right temperature. The staff at Campfire and the food was fantastic. No footprint was left behind when the reception was over. Campfire was extremely professional and the food was outstanding. We were so impressed with them that we have used Campfire for two additional events - our daughter’s birthday party and our son’s end of year lacrosse celebration. With great confidence I highly recommend Campfire for your next catered event.

Top Notch Caterer

We had Campfire catered for our wedding in April 2021 and we couldn’t have been more thrilled! My husband and I were able to sneak a couple of bites before going into the reception that Jared pulled off the grill just for us. I cannot tell you how many guests came up to us at or after the wedding telling me how great the food was! My cousin told me he went back 3 additional times for food as he couldn’t get enough! This is not your typical wedding food, it will leave your guests feeling satisfied and full, allowing them to enjoy the rest of the event without ever getting hungry.

Amanda’s team was also very professional and on top of the schedule for the whole event, even when we were running a little late on dinner. They made sure there was enough food for cocktail hour and cleared off the plates quickly to allow us to get to the dancing.

My husband and I continue to feast at Campfire whenever we are in the area and will recommend them to anyone thinking about BBQ/pizza for lunch, catering, or any event!

Great Experience!

We loved Campfire from the time we did our tasting at their restaurant in Evergreen. We loved how accommodating they were with the menu! We had to make changes to our guest list a few times and Amanda and her team were understanding. All of our wedding guests loved the appetizers and the main course! We even got the leftovers afterwards!
