Above all, unlike what happens in other locations, we include a coordination and wedding planning service in the rental cost, both before and during the reception. A dynamic and expert group of experts will follow the bride and groom so that they may not feel alone in organizing such an important and exclusive day with the guarantee of having a successful team behind them, that knows very well the complicated dynamics of a wedding at the Castle.

Cuisine

All the foods that will be served during the reception will be prepared in our professional open kitchen. Couples can meet with their planner ahead of time to complete tastings to ensure that the menu is exactly as they imagined. They can select to have a buffet, cocktail reception, French service meal, hors d'oeuvres, stations, or plated meal. Cake from your favorite bakery is welcome. The servers and bartenders are happy to offer cash or open bar, and proof of a liquor license can be given. The celebration can begin with a champagne toast, and house beer, liquor, and wine are available. Couples can also choose to have speciality beer or wine. Outside alcohol is also welcome.

History

The complex building of medieval origins dates back to the thirteenth century and was one of the strongholds of the powerful Benaglio family, lords of Val San Martino. After being given to the Rota family, the castle became a trade location for wool and silk merchants and played an important role in tax collection in the territory. Today, five of the original six towers remain. One of these was adapted into a manor in the Nineteenth century.
