What a lovely experience it was to work with Cascadia Pizza Co. The entire process was seamless. Our contact Shannon was so helpful and friendly. The pizza was extraordinary and the grazing table was fantastic. Fortunately someone took a picture of it at the beginning because by the end of cocktail hour there were a few berries and remnants of cheese. People devoured it! I HIGHLY recommend Cascadia Pizza Co. It was a perfect addition to a perfect wedding!

We ordered a buffet style table that fed roughly 130 guests on our wedding day. Their team was friendly & efficient, we have received many compliments on our dinner selection of pizza, wings & salad! Highly recommend if you want a presentable yet cozy feel on your wedding day.

I honestly never thought we would get to experience Cascadia’s catering service/use our large deposit we gave them from our failed Covid wedding attempt in the summer of 2020. Since the time we had to cancel our original wedding plans, Shannon had reached out multiple times to see if there were any events they could cater for us and use up that deposit. I found it was extremely impressive of Shannon to keep reaching out to see how we could make something work, and I’m so glad we finally got to almost two years later when they recently catered my baby shower! The pizza, appetizers and salad were DELICIOUS I can’t say enough good things about the quality of Cascadia’s food. Also, I believe it was Isaac who was there the day of making the pizza, he was so kind, attentive and courteous he is truly a great employee and his service went above and beyond any of my expectations. In addition, Isaac also made sure that my husband got to try their pizza as well and was really excited that I was able to bring a pizza home to him after the baby shower and we both agreed we can’t wait to come visit your store front and try more items on the menu.

We really wanted a casual vibe for our rehearsal dinner and ended up going the route of Pizza, Beer, and Pajamas. Cascadia Pizza Co. brought their food truck to our wedding venue and catered our rehearsal dinner. IT WAS AMAZING. They were fast, professional, and the food was delicious. At the end of the night, they boxed up a bunch of extra pizzas for us and our guests took them home. I would highly recommend Cascadia Pizza Co. and would personally hire them again.

We had Cascadia Pizza cater my daughter’s rehearsal dinner and it was incredible!! They showed up early and were very easy to work with! Everyone was so complimentary of the food and choices. Wood-fired yummy hor d’ourves, pizza’s, salads, and dessert pizzas!! Highly recommend these great folks!!

Cascadia was supposed to cater my wedding in July. Shannon the catering manager was so kind and flexible to work with during the pandemic, which took a ton of stress off us when having to cancel our wedding. Their food is amazing and you can tell they are passionate at what they do. I highly recommend them for catering and look forward to having them cater for our reception once we are able to have one!
