  Perfect Addition to a Perfect Wedding

  What a lovely experience it was to work with Cascadia Pizza Co. The entire process was seamless. Our contact Shannon was so helpful and friendly. The pizza was extraordinary and the grazing table was fantastic. Fortunately someone took a picture of it at the beginning because by the end of cocktail hour there were a few berries and remnants of cheese. People devoured it! I HIGHLY recommend Cascadia Pizza Co. It was a perfect addition to a perfect wedding!

  Just what we wanted!

  I'm so glad we decided to go with Cascadia Pizza Co. for our wedding this past weekend. They were on time, the food was delicious, and our guests all commented on how nice it was to have hot and delicious food at a wedding! Thank you so much to the whole team for helping to make our day amazing!

  The Go-To Pizza Wedding Caterer

  We ordered a buffet style table that fed roughly 130 guests on our wedding day. Their team was friendly & efficient, we have received many compliments on our dinner selection of pizza, wings & salad! Highly recommend if you want a presentable yet cozy feel on your wedding day.

  Best pizza caterers!!

  We had Cascadia Pizza cater my daughter’s rehearsal dinner and it was incredible!! They showed up early and were very easy to work with! Everyone was so complimentary of the food and choices. Wood-fired yummy hor d’ourves, pizza’s, salads, and dessert pizzas!! Highly recommend these great folks!!

  Best wood-fired pizza caterer in the Seattle area

  Cascadia Pizza Co catered our 2021 Covid backyard wedding and we could not recommend them enough for all of your pizza and catering needs! Shannon with the catering team was so easy to work with and was super responsive and helpful working through our menu and contract. Our guests loved the pizza and everything turned out beautiful! Thank you for making our wedding day so special.

  Outstanding food and people!

  I cannot put into words how much I love this pizza place. My first experience with them was their food truck and it was fantastic. At some point I tried a speciality breakfast pizza from them at the Bacon Eggs and Kegs event in Seattle. It was amazing. My friends raved and quickly went back to order another pizza to go.
  
  When my fiancé decided that he really wanted pizza for our wedding, Cascadia was the obvious choice. Cascadia set up a cute tasting for us, were very responsive, and were all set to venture with their wood fire stove to Issaquah. Our large wedding is now cancelled (after being postponed) thanks fo covid. The Cascadia team were so emphatic and made dealing with canceling easier to deal with. The staff is fantastic, special shout-out to Shannon for helping with all of this!

  Amazing to work with during the pandemic!

  Cascadia was supposed to cater my wedding in July. Shannon the catering manager was so kind and flexible to work with during the pandemic, which took a ton of stress off us when having to cancel our wedding. Their food is amazing and you can tell they are passionate at what they do. I highly recommend them for catering and look forward to having them cater for our reception once we are able to have one!

  Amazing choice for our casual rehearsal dinner!

  We really wanted a casual vibe for our rehearsal dinner and ended up going the route of Pizza, Beer, and Pajamas. Cascadia Pizza Co. brought their food truck to our wedding venue and catered our rehearsal dinner. IT WAS AMAZING. They were fast, professional, and the food was delicious. At the end of the night, they boxed up a bunch of extra pizzas for us and our guests took them home. I would highly recommend Cascadia Pizza Co. and would personally hire them again.

  Friendly service and excellent pizza

  We hired Cascadia Pizza to serve our guests the night before our wedding. They arrived early and were both friendly and extremely talented. Every single guest raved about the pizza. I recommend ordering extra if you can because everyone wanted seconds! Thomas was also great to work with during the booking process.

  Would rehire over and over again!!!

  I honestly never thought we would get to experience Cascadia’s catering service/use our large deposit we gave them from our failed Covid wedding attempt in the summer of 2020. Since the time we had to cancel our original wedding plans, Shannon had reached out multiple times to see if there were any events they could cater for us and use up that deposit. I found it was extremely impressive of Shannon to keep reaching out to see how we could make something work, and I’m so glad we finally got to almost two years later when they recently catered my baby shower! The pizza, appetizers and salad were DELICIOUS I can’t say enough good things about the quality of Cascadia’s food. Also, I believe it was Isaac who was there the day of making the pizza, he was so kind, attentive and courteous he is truly a great employee and his service went above and beyond any of my expectations. In addition, Isaac also made sure that my husband got to try their pizza as well and was really excited that I was able to bring a pizza home to him after the baby shower and we both agreed we can’t wait to come visit your store front and try more items on the menu.

  Christian and his team were flawless for my wedding. They showed up perfectly on time and were so professional. I received so many compliments from my guests that it was honestly the best pizza they ever had! I still dream of their Margherita pizza :)

  Our guests LOVED that we had pizza at our wedding, and We LOVED that we got the BEST! Honestly, it was just so us to have pizza at our wedding, but on top of that, the ease of having Cascadia cater was the icing on the cake. First, you get a great menu to choose from, and you get a variety of 5 for the day - you can truly design your menu to please EVERY guest. Secondly - their hors devours menu is to die for. The prosciutto wrapped melon and meatballs were our favorites! Even the garden salad was delicious, that goat cheese!
  
  Christian and team were awesome to work with. They were happy to be there, and kept cranking out those pizzas until nobody could eat anymore. The planning process was smooth, and we really appreciated their flexibility - specifically around some dietary restrictions. One of my bridesmaids has some food allergies, and they were happy to accommodate, and made sure that she was eating her special pizza at the same time as the rest of us! Overall, our experience was amazing and we know that our wedding will forever be memorable thanks to the fun and delicious catering Cascadia provided!
