Fantastic Food, Great Service

Ashleigh was great to work with. Very communicative which is much appreciated and not always a given. The food was DELICIOUS. We also really appreciated the variety of options to choose from. We had a minor hiccup that I will share just because it can be avoided through communication for couples in the future. We thought we were very clear that we wanted a fully attended buffet, but when everything was being setup, the catering team didnt seem to know that and last minute adjustments had to be made. Overall, we were very happy with Cascade. Everyone told us how delicious they thought the food was, which we whole-heartedly agree. The staff was very professional and adapted well to the "last-minute" change. Highly recommend.

Wedding 2019

I cannot recall if I did a review after my daughter’s wedding or not, so I’m doing it now.
Amazing! Everything was absolutely amazing. The customer service, the quality, the taste / every bit we would do it all over again with Cascade Catering! Thank you so much!!

Pleasant, Professional, Worry-free Catering

Ashleigh catered our 50th class reunion. Cascade Catering is self-contained and did not require any additional resources for our outside event. The food was exceptional. Very accommodating assisting with our menu and arrangements. Best catering experience we have ever had.

Spectacular Wedding Catering Experience!

My now husband and I booked Cascade Catering and worked with Ashleigh to plan the perfect wedding dinner! Ashleigh was very kind and professional, and was extremely detailed and responsive to all my emails and questions. She is very organized and thoughtful, not to mention the food was AMAZING! They made sure no stone was left unturned, and our guests were raving about the delicious tacos and appetizers. Ashleigh even brought stylish decorations. Book Cascade Catering for your wedding or special event, it will be one of the best planning decisions you will make!

Wedding in June 2019

Highly recommend Cascade Catering!! They were so accommodating, the most reasonably priced, and had many options. Ashleigh even met with us to discuss questions and she was very responsive to my calls and emails leading up to the wedding day. I remember the great BBQ dinner forever! Thanks Cascade Catering :)

Delicious!!!

Ashleigh so was friendly and very easy to work with! She answered any questions we had and was very easy to get ahold of, which I really appreciate. She gave lots of helpful suggestions to help us plan the perfect menu for our big day. And let me tell you, the food was AMAZING!! We had beef brisket, pulled pork sliders, Mac and cheese (my favorite), cheesy ranch potatoes, baked beans, coleslaw, and fruit salad, as well as some appetizers. So many guests commented on how delicious the food was. They also packed us up a goody bag for after the wedding and let us take home all leftovers. Even after a week of eating leftovers, we are still not tired of the food, it was that good. I highly recommend Cascade Catering! You will not be disappointed!

Spectacular

Cascade Catering was truly exceptional throughout our whole planning process and on the day of the event. They went above and beyond in making sure we were prepared and well taken care of. On the day of our wedding, amungst the craziness of rain delays and unexpected events, they made sure to tend to us and make sure we were fed and enjoying ourselves. The team is fantastic & helped relieve any stress from our wedding weekend. They put on a rehearsal dinner, reception, and Sunday morning brunch and all were exactly what we hoped for! Thank you, Cascade Catering!

Outstanding in every way!

CC did a fabulous and outstanding job for our wedding! We couldn’t be happier!(except for the part where I the groom had to greet all the people...you see it kept me away from the amazingly delicious food)! ;) Ashleigh is a very kind hearted, thoughtful and amazing person! She was there every step of the way and then some. No one will regret hiring her and her CC team! Very patient and she explained all the options to the last detail and then some. Honestly I can’t say enough about the whole experience with CC. Anything Yakima, matches or around that area: CC. You won’t be disappointed. I’m Greek and my family *knows* how to make great food. I will say though that CC impressed my family (that includes my mom)! Such an amazing job. Their cheesy ranch potato bake is the best; super super delicious. Our guests kept complementing the food. 6 star. 110%. Positivity perfect. Thank you CC!!!

Unbelievable!

Ashleigh and the Cascade Catering team were absolutely wonderful to work with! We had them cater our engagement dinner and wedding, and both of those meals were delicious! We heard rave reviews from our guests, and are far too much food ourselves. Any leftovers we had were packaged up for us to take home :)

Cascade Catering is the most affordable, best tasting option that we found in the Yakima Valley, and we are so happy we chose them! We would happily choose Cascade Catering for any and all future events!
