Fantastic Food, Great Service

Ashleigh was great to work with. Very communicative which is much appreciated and not always a given. The food was DELICIOUS. We also really appreciated the variety of options to choose from. We had a minor hiccup that I will share just because it can be avoided through communication for couples in the future. We thought we were very clear that we wanted a fully attended buffet, but when everything was being setup, the catering team didnt seem to know that and last minute adjustments had to be made. Overall, we were very happy with Cascade. Everyone told us how delicious they thought the food was, which we whole-heartedly agree. The staff was very professional and adapted well to the "last-minute" change. Highly recommend.

Wedding 2019

I cannot recall if I did a review after my daughter’s wedding or not, so I’m doing it now.
Amazing! Everything was absolutely amazing. The customer service, the quality, the taste / every bit we would do it all over again with Cascade Catering! Thank you so much!!

Pleasant, Professional, Worry-free Catering

Ashleigh catered our 50th class reunion. Cascade Catering is self-contained and did not require any additional resources for our outside event. The food was exceptional. Very accommodating assisting with our menu and arrangements. Best catering experience we have ever had.

Spectacular Wedding Catering Experience!

My now husband and I booked Cascade Catering and worked with Ashleigh to plan the perfect wedding dinner! Ashleigh was very kind and professional, and was extremely detailed and responsive to all my emails and questions. She is very organized and thoughtful, not to mention the food was AMAZING! They made sure no stone was left unturned, and our guests were raving about the delicious tacos and appetizers. Ashleigh even brought stylish decorations. Book Cascade Catering for your wedding or special event, it will be one of the best planning decisions you will make!

Wedding in June 2019

Highly recommend Cascade Catering!! They were so accommodating, the most reasonably priced, and had many options. Ashleigh even met with us to discuss questions and she was very responsive to my calls and emails leading up to the wedding day. I remember the great BBQ dinner forever! Thanks Cascade Catering :)

Delicious!!!

Ashleigh so was friendly and very easy to work with! She answered any questions we had and was very easy to get ahold of, which I really appreciate. She gave lots of helpful suggestions to help us plan the perfect menu for our big day. And let me tell you, the food was AMAZING!! We had beef brisket, pulled pork sliders, Mac and cheese (my favorite), cheesy ranch potatoes, baked beans, coleslaw, and fruit salad, as well as some appetizers. So many guests commented on how delicious the food was. They also packed us up a goody bag for after the wedding and let us take home all leftovers. Even after a week of eating leftovers, we are still not tired of the food, it was that good. I highly recommend Cascade Catering! You will not be disappointed!

Spectacular

Cascade Catering was truly exceptional throughout our whole planning process and on the day of the event. They went above and beyond in making sure we were prepared and well taken care of. On the day of our wedding, amungst the craziness of rain delays and unexpected events, they made sure to tend to us and make sure we were fed and enjoying ourselves. The team is fantastic & helped relieve any stress from our wedding weekend. They put on a rehearsal dinner, reception, and Sunday morning brunch and all were exactly what we hoped for! Outstanding in every way!

CC did a fabulous and outstanding job for our wedding! We couldn’t be happier!(except for the part where I the groom had to greet all the people...you see it kept me away from the amazingly delicious food)! ;) Ashleigh is a very kind hearted, thoughtful and amazing person! She was there every step of the way and then some. No one will regret hiring her and her CC team! Very patient and she explained all the options to the last detail and then some. Honestly I can’t say enough about the whole experience with CC. Anything Yakima, matches or around that area: CC. You won’t be disappointed. I’m Greek and my family *knows* how to make great food. I will say though that CC impressed my family (that includes my mom)! Such an amazing job. Their cheesy ranch potato bake is the best; super super delicious. Our guests kept complementing the food. 6 star. 110%. Positivity perfect. Thank you CC!!!

Unbelievable!

Ashleigh and the Cascade Catering team were absolutely wonderful to work with! We had them cater our engagement dinner and wedding, and both of those meals were delicious! We heard rave reviews from our guests, and are far too much food ourselves. Any leftovers we had were packaged up for us to take home :)

Cascade Catering is the most affordable, best tasting option that we found in the Yakima Valley, and we are so happy we chose them! We would happily choose Cascade Catering for any and all future events!

Love Cascade Catering!

From the first time we talked to Ashleigh, went to the tasting, and read the price menu, I have never regretted hiring Cascade Catering. Everything was above and beyond our expectations, and I received so many compliments from our guests, on the quality of the food. Amazing bar service as well. My biggest fear was not having enough food, because our friends, and family like to eat, lol. We had more then enough food, and people even felt comfortable going back for more! I cannot thank them enough for helping to make our special day so perfect!

Ashleigh and Cascade catering provided our rehearsal dinner, wedding dinner, AND a family brunch the day after. And WOW, all three meals were amazing. Everything was delicious, hot, and the meals were managed perfectly. Ashleigh even made accommodations for us (the bride and groom) to have a private dinner after our ceremony. They also set-up, and manned the bar, meaning the only thing left for us to do was enjoy the night! We HIGHLY recommend these caterers for your event!

You will not regret hiring Cascade Catering. The food was to die for and the staff was so prompt and went over the top to make sure everyone was completely taken care of. They made our wedding reception run so smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone, not only because of the great food but because they treated us like family on our big day!

We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience for our wedding. Ashleigh and her team caterer our entire wedding weekend and everything was delicious and went off without a hitch. Ashleigh was so communicative through the entire planning process and she was so patient and kind the whole time. We can't thank them enough! You will not find a better caterer around!

I have had a few of the caters in town that have made food and none of them compares to Cascade Catering. I just love their food every time I eat it. My husband was happy we got to have Cascade Catering serve food. All the guests LOVED the food and wish they went back for more. I would recommend Cascade Catering to anyone and everyone for any event they are having. Thank you once again.

Cascade Catering did an absolutely wonderful job at my wedding! The food was delicious and a great value for the price. Cascade Catering was amazing for my wedding. Out of all my wedding vendors they were the only that stayed in touch with me and gave me confidence that they will show up and meet my expectations as a bride! We had the pulled pork sliders and chicken skewers for our wedding and everyone loved them!!! That was all our guest could talk about, as well as my father who doesn't like any thing but what my mom cooks. And the best part was they are affordable! Also, the wedding was at my parents house and they left the place looking like they werent even there. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Food was delicious, and a great value. Once we made the decisions and paid - we didn't have to worry about a thing! Everything went so smoothly! They were very willing to work with us on the details. Absolutely delicious food! We had vegetarian lasagna and beef brisket- we received compliments for the amazing food we had at our wedding. Salads were fresh and tasty.
Very happy with our choice! Ashleigh is a wonderful person to work with. Highly recommend Cascade Catering.

Cascade did such a wonderful job catering our wedding. We had so many guests comment on how delicious the food was. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed having Cascade Catering as our caterer for our wedding. Not only is their food delicious and well priced, they also put a lot of time and effort into the presentation and coordinating with the event. Ashleigh is easy to work with, very responsive, and is willing to go the extra mile. We really appreciated being able to have a tasting beforehand and how they prepared a to go bag of food for us for after the wedding reception. Cascade Catering does the big things and the little things well. I would highly recommend them and work with them again for any catering needs.

Cascade Catering is very professional and their food is really good!
This was a same sex wedding and they provided the food for the whole weekend from Friday through Sunday morning and their prices are very reasonable. We also used their bartender and cake cutting services as well.
Our guests raved about how good the food was even after the wedding weekend was over!
We would use them again for anything!

We could not have asked for a better, more reliable caterer than Cascade Catering for our wedding. Ashleigh and her crew did an absolute fabulous job. Ashleigh was so patient with me when trying to decide on the number of dishes/desserts and arriving at a final head count. I could not have done it without her advice and input based on her extensive experience. The flowers/décor that she used for the buffet table were beautiful, the service was impeccable, and, of course, the food was absolutely delicious!

It would be a great idea for you to just book them now before they get booked elsewhere, instead of continuing to look because you may miss out... do it now. Ashleigh and her family are responsive to emails and questions, a small town business within our community that is very professional and great at what they do. They are achievers and can make anything possible for your events. We booked them for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception, and she prepared us food for our brunch on Sunday as well. It was amazing food with many compliments from our guests! We are all very happy with Cascade Catering and Ashleigh and her awesome team! Thank you!

Ashleigh is so great!! Her food is delicious and reasonably priced. She menu is so extensive, there is something for everyone! Do not waste your time price shopping! Cascade can fit any budget and is absolutely worth every single penny!! I will use Ashleigh for any event in the future with out a second thought!

I absolutely knew that Ashleigh and Cascade Catering would be the perfect fit for our big day the second I met her! Her availability to help me and meet with me on short notice was perfect! The food and organization was so outstanding that family and friends were raving all night about how good it was and constantly saying that it was the best catered food they had ever tasted! Even family/friends from over 3 hours away were asking if they would make the trip to cater events! When I'm asked who I had cater my wedding or if I know of any good caterers, I will always recommend Cascade Catering!

We had such a wonderful wedding, much thanks to Ashleigh and her team, the food was delicious, Ashleigh handled everything! She was full of great ideas in the planning process, and answered all of our questions along the way. I would absolutely recommend Cascade Catering for any event!

Ashleigh and her staff were amazing. As a bride I had a lot of questions and she was patient and very kind. She answered everything in a timely manner. My husband and I loved the food!! All our guests commented that it was amazing too. I am grateful for all that they did to make our day wonderful and very worry free. :).

I am still dreaming about our BBQ spread. It was all so amazing! Ashleigh was so great to work with. She was so helpful in the planning and add some special decorative touches to the table. Our guests raved about how yummy it all was. They also box up a small, separate box of leftovers for the bride and groom to take. It was a nice surprise when we left for the night since we were both starving! If you want guaranteed good food and service book these guys today!!

Food was amazing, one of the top talks of the night. Everything was ready on time and nice and hot, ready to eat. We loved how kind everyone was to the guests anf they even put all the extras in nice little boxes for us to enjoy that evening. Overall, amazing service and we would definitely recommend cascade catering to others! !

Ashleigh was so great! Our food was excellent and everything was ready right on time. I would suggest that if you are doing appetizers (we did cheese and crackers for our wedding) that you ask where they will be setting them up or how they will be getting to guests. A lot of guests didn't know they were available! That being said Cascade Catering was great every step of the way.

This catering company was very easy to work with, responsive to our needs and was able to accommodate our last minute addition of 40 people who didn't RSVP, but we found out through phone calls we're coming! The food display was very attractive also. I would highly recommend them.

Could not ask for better! Ashleigh and her staff were great to work with. Arrived on time, set up was on time, the food was AWESOME!!!! We are still getting compliments on the food and service and my husband still talks about the potato salad! I would absolutely hire Ashleigh and Cascade Catering again for an event. LOVE - LOVE - LOVE these guys!

Cascade Catering was awesome to work with. The food is amazing!! I still have people ask who did my catering at our wedding because they loved the food so much. I have had people tell me that the pulled pork was the best they have ever had. We had way more food then we needed which was great. We were able to get it out late in the evening and have a second meal! We loved that they packaged a box just for the bride and groom! We couldn't of asked for anything better than what they did for us. Thank you Cascade Catering!

Cascade Catering was fantastic! Ashleigh was so great about working with all of my requests, and did a fabulous job of making an extra dish that my gluten free/vegan guests could enjoy. She was even willing to do an early morning tasting with me while I was in the area (I live about three hours away from where we had the wedding), and was really responsive via email. She also showed us lots of different menu options that were within our budget, which was super helpful. We got tons of compliments on the food from our family and friends. I will be recommending Cascade Catering to anyone who needs a caterer in the Yakima Valley!

Cascade Catering did an AMAZING job on the food they served at the wedding. Casey and Ashleigh are truly amazing people. They go over and beyond for service. Ashleigh came a day early to set up her table decorations to match our reception decorations. It was amazing. I would recommend them a hundred times over again.

From day one of planning I had gotten a response back to all my questions within 24 hours. Since the moment we sampled Cascade Catering we knew we wanted to use that company. Ashleigh was always very quick and responsive when it came to answering my questions. She was so accommodating during the planning process that it made it so much easier for me. On the day of the wedding she set up a beautiful buffet line and everyone raved about how wonderful the food was! Her staff was very friendly, efficient, and professional! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone! She will make your wedding planning process so easy. From day one I was responded to and made to feel important. All my questions were answered and I can't get over how fair the prices were. I am writing this review almost a year later because we are using Cascade Catering again for my Sisiter's wedding and it brings back all the memories and rave reviews of the food. Looking forward to eating their food again.

The food was outstanding. Ashleigh decorated the buffet table match our decor. It was beautiful! Also we had spots on our table linens and Ashleigh was quick to help us with new clean clothes! They were wonderful!

We used Cascade for our September 5th wedding at American Homestead. Cascade is the in house caterer that you must use if you book this venue... Kathy explained to me that she has witnessed some catering that was not up to her standards in the past. She trusts Ashleigh and her team. After meeting with Ashleigh and getting to taste the awesome food I was super happy that this was the catering company I HAD to use :) The prices are very competitive, the quality and taste of food is delicious, and the presentation was perfect.... My husband and I wanted to keep our wedding comfortable, casual and down-home; think beer and BBQ in nicer clothing. After spending some time in graduate school in Texas, I had learned a thing or two about BBQ. Cascade Catering was recommended to us by the venue folks so we went with them after reading some great reviews. Ashleigh was extremely easy to work with and accommodated all of our requests at a reasonable price. Everything she provided, from pulled pork and chicken to brisket and out-of-this-world baked beans, was delicious. If you are in need of a caterer, I would highly recommend Cascade Catering.

I would definitely recommend Cascade Catering! One thing we kept hearing after the wedding was how amazing the food was. We heard it again and again! Someone told us it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. Ashleigh was really personable and great to work with.

Ashleigh catered our wedding and it turned out fantastic. We had several people come up to us at and after the wedding just to tell us how good the good was. I ended up adding a couple appetizers a couple weeks before and changing my numbers but it was no problem. I would definitely recommend.
