Casa D'Oro has a Pray for Rain policy, where if it rains an inch or more on your wedding day, you get the cost of your engagement ring back. Well, I was supposed to have an outdoor wedding, and when it rained the entire day and we had to move inside, I was pretty bummed.
However, two days later, we get a call on our honeymoon from Casa D'Oro saying it rained 1.07 inches on our wedding day and we'd won. What a joy and a surprise! They were so professional and worked with us even on our very particular requests for engravings. We're delighted we went with Casa D'Oro as our jeweler.

Casa D'Oro has absolutely beautiful rings with a large selection and personable staff to help us make selections. My husband purchased my engagement ring there and we both purchased our wedding rings there. Every time we came in they offered to clean my engagement ring and any other jewelry I was wearing even if it wasn't purchased there. I never felt that the staff was trying to push us in any particular way based on price. A few days before my wedding I received an extra special gift from my husband also from Casa D'Oro: diamond and ruby earrings to wear on the big day! Everything there is beautiful and one of a kind.

Love my ring, not so much the service. Had to ask for a correct appraisal letter several times before it finally had all the information we needed for insurance purposes. Inscribed a ring and it came back in all capital letters...I thought it would be script. We spent close to $15,000 in there in the end and they never even asked us if we wanted a bottle of water.
