Buying an engagement ring from Brooks Diamonds was a top notch experience. Stacey was the best and helped us pick out a 3ct emerald cut ring that looks absolutely gorgeous. We really appreciated the small touches she provided, like recommending the best crown color and height to make the ring truly magnificent. Everything down to the cute box the ring came in made this experience unbeatable. We'll definitely be coming back for our wedding bands and any other jewelry in the future.

I was nervous at first to shop for an engagement ring because I didn’t know anything about diamonds. The team at Brooks were very welcoming and taught me everything I needed know to make such an important and meaningful purchase. The best part is they did not pressure me to make any decisions right away and I respected that very much. The women at Brooks Diamonds were absolutely incredible. As young professionals (actually not that young - 26 & 30), we seemed to be treated as if we weren’t serious about purchasing a ring at other stores. As soon as we walked into Brooks, everyone was very welcoming with me & my now fiancée. They treated us with the utmost respect. They will take their time with you & let you look at plenty of diamonds/bands.
Usually when you go to these stores, they will tell you whatever is more expensive looks the best but at Brooks they were straight forward with us which is what we wanted. Stacey was great to work with & responds promptly. Very hassle-free & willing to work with you (I don’t even live in Pennsylvania).
Lastly, the price & quality of the ring aka two most important things were impeccable. She can’t stop looking at her finger. I constantly catch her putting her hand near any source of light just so she can watch the reflection flicker back & forth like a little kid. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Brooks.
