Incredible experience
The women at Brooks Diamonds were absolutely incredible. As young professionals (actually not that young - 26 & 30), we seemed to be treated as if we weren’t serious about purchasing a ring at other stores. As soon as we walked into Brooks, everyone was very welcoming with me & my now fiancée. They treated us with the utmost respect. They will take their time with you & let you look at plenty of diamonds/bands.
Usually when you go to these stores, they will tell you whatever is more expensive looks the best but at Brooks they were straight forward with us which is what we wanted. Stacey was great to work with & responds promptly. Very hassle-free & willing to work with you (I don’t even live in Pennsylvania).
Lastly, the price & quality of the ring aka two most important things were impeccable. She can’t stop looking at her finger. I constantly catch her putting her hand near any source of light just so she can watch the reflection flicker back & forth like a little kid. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Brooks. -

Educational, Easy, and Enjoyable
Stacey was very helpful from appointment setup through purchase pickup for someone with limited knowledge on the buying process. She did a great job of teaching the differences in diamonds, presenting buying options, and making the process a great overall experience. -

Stacey is a great listener! I called to make an appointment, and she asked all the right questions to prepare for my visit. She had the most glorious stones for me to look at and hundreds of setting styles. After listening to what I like, she was able to help me find the PERFECT setting for the most gorgeous stone she had found for me. It was a fun and exciting experience from beginning to end. I consider Stacey, not only my new jeweler, but my new friend! -

Stacey and her team do a GREAT JOB! They put the customer first and are extremely flexible/responsive from my experience. I had NO IDEA. What I was looking for and Stacey was able to quickly/easily articulate the different types of diamonds and wedding bands that I was looking for. Great Experience
If you’re in the Pittsburgh area, you’re making a mistake if you go to any other Jeweler than Brooks Diamonds. From start to finish, Stacey and Missy were knowledgeable, accommodating, and flexible. I never imagined the process of buying an engagement ring being so seamless and easy, but they truly made it a great experience. Best Jeweler in Pittsburgh. -
