When my now husband and I were starting the process of looking at engagement rings, we looked at several shops before he was referred to Brandon and the team at Joyce's and we are so glad we found them! Brandon and all of the staff were so helpful to him as he worked through the process of designing my engagement ring from selecting the perfect center stone to ensuring the ring would sit high enough for a matching band to fit right underneath. I was totally surprised when he proposed - not only by the proposal but by the absolutely gorgeous ring he put on my finger after I said yes! I get so many compliments on my ring all the time - I even got one from a total stranger later that day!

Flash forward to about 8 months later when we returned to Joyce's to pick our wedding bands and worked with Beth. Thanks to Joyce's thorough documentation, my band was easy to order and it exactly matches the band of my engagement ring, just like I wanted. My husband also found a ring that he loves and it was such an added perk to get a complimentary second band too, which he also frequently wears.

I couldn't find a wedding band I liked, until we went here. The people were wonderful and very patient. They had a to of men's rings too! I don't think my husband would have found one he liked if we hadn't gone to this location.

My fiance and I both bought our wedding bands at Joyce's. We were browsing local stores one day for bands when we decided to stop in to see what they offered. We were pleasantly surprised by how reasonable their prices were and how knowledgeable every employee in the store was. They made us feel very comfortable from the minute we stepped in to the store, and we decided that same day that we would be purchasing our rings there. I bought an in-stock band and had it re-sized; it was finished within a week. My fiance ordered his band and it was also delivered in about a week (compared to waiting for months for a ring to come in at a chain store). We are both very happy with the service we received at Joyce's. My fiance even said he wished he would have known about Joyce's before purchasing my engagement ring because he definitely would have bought it from there. We will be making all fine jewelry purchases at Joyce's in the future. Highly recommended!!
