When my now husband and I were starting the process of looking at engagement rings, we looked at several shops before he was referred to Brandon and the team at Joyce's and we are so glad we found them! Brandon and all of the staff were so helpful to him as he worked through the process of designing my engagement ring from selecting the perfect center stone to ensuring the ring would sit high enough for a matching band to fit right underneath. I was totally surprised when he proposed - not only by the proposal but by the absolutely gorgeous ring he put on my finger after I said yes! I get so many compliments on my ring all the time - I even got one from a total stranger later that day!
Flash forward to about 8 months later when we returned to Joyce's to pick our wedding bands and worked with Beth. Thanks to Joyce's thorough documentation, my band was easy to order and it exactly matches the band of my engagement ring, just like I wanted. My husband also found a ring that he loves and it was such an added perk to get a complimentary second band too, which he also frequently wears.
We can't say thank you enough to Brandon, Beth, and the whole Joyce's team for all of their help throughout our wedding jewelry process. We look forward to working with Joyce's for our jewelry needs for years to come!Joyce's Jewelry's reply:

I couldn't find a wedding band I liked, until we went here. The people were wonderful and very patient. They had a to of men's rings too! I don't think my husband would have found one he liked if we hadn't gone to this location.Joyce's Jewelry's reply:

Amber Sent on 11/24/2017My fiancé truly enjoyed his experience at Joyce's, the staff was so friendly and helpful. He worked with Hope to find the perfect engagement ring for me. The ring is absolutely perfect and I love the ring. He went to a few other places when looking for the ring but wasn't happy with any of them. As soon as he got to Joyce's they were so welcoming and easy to work with he knew he was in the right place. Their ring selection is very impressive, and the staff took the time to teach him everything he needed to know about diamonds. Also, the staff was not pushy in anyway to sell him on anything, they gave him all the time he needed to pick out the perfect ring and diamond. Joyce's will be the only jewelry store that he will use from now on, and he recommends them to anyone that is talking about getting any jewelry. Thank you to Joyce's for all your help I can't be happier with the ring, and I can not wait to go to Joyce's to pick out our wedding rings.

Cristi Sent on 09/23/2014My fiance and I both bought our wedding bands at Joyce's. We were browsing local stores one day for bands when we decided to stop in to see what they offered. We were pleasantly surprised by how reasonable their prices were and how knowledgeable every employee in the store was. They made us feel very comfortable from the minute we stepped in to the store, and we decided that same day that we would be purchasing our rings there. I bought an in-stock band and had it re-sized; it was finished within a week. My fiance ordered his band and it was also delivered in about a week (compared to waiting for months for a ring to come in at a chain store). We are both very happy with the service we received at Joyce's. My fiance even said he wished he would have known about Joyce's before purchasing my engagement ring because he definitely would have bought it from there. We will be making all fine jewelry purchases at Joyce's in the future. Highly recommended!! -
User1323371 Sent on 09/10/2013I worked with Brandon for both my wife’s engagement ring as well as our wedding bands. I got connected to Joyce’s Jewelry through my brother who married the year prior, though being out of state, most of my interaction with Brandon was through telephone and email. I was a bit new to the jewelry world and Brandon took plenty of time with me detailing the various styles and options at hand. Once finding a setting, Brandon was able to set a family stone as well as replace the empty ring with a zirconia to keep it looking intact. The timing and delivery was spot on and hassle-free. Brandon was very professional through the entire process and I sincerely appreciated his opinion and insight throughout the entire process.
