I am so glad we worked with Trish! She is incredibly talented and creative! She was constantly finding ways to include different elements we loved while staying in our budget! She made great suggestions and ensured everything got to us on time. She went out of her way to meet with us or talk over the phone multiple times. From our very first meeting we clicked and could tell Trish really cares about her customers. She created a suite that set the tone for our wedding and created an invite that was elegant, romantic and whimsical. We would absolutely work with Trish again! Trish created an absolutely beautiful custom invitation that was exactly what I had envisioned. I felt the prices were very fair for a custom invitation as well. My issues came up around communication. Trish sent my initial proof and I never received it as the email didn't go through. That is an understandable tech glitch, however when I hadn't heard from her in days, I reached out to follow up and still never got a reply. We wasted a whole week of the process because she didn't reply to emails. Then when my invitations were running late it became impossible to get in touch and find out what was going on. They ended up arriving two weeks late, and while she kindly offered free assembly, saying they would be sent out and received the following day with overnight shipping she then lied and I didn't receive them til that Friday, 5 days later, seeing they were postmarked the day before. That whole week I thought they were lost as I was told they were sent with overnight shipping on a Sunday and I hadn't received them, and of course Trish would not respond to emails. I then gave her another chance and asked for all my day of stationery, since I didn't want to start over this late. She told me there was still plenty of time, but did not reply with a price list. I tried several more times, and now at less than a month til my wedding, I had to start from scratch, which was very disappointing as I wanted a cohesive look. She then got back to me 10 days prior to my wedding (5/30) with the prices, and an excuse about the missed emails, and said she could get things turned around really quickly if needed, with no mention at this point of any rush fees. 2 days later (6/2) I took her up on it as I was still missing one item, but she had failed to mention in the prior email that her fast turnaround included a massive rush fee that was more than the item itself. Trish's work is gorgeous but make sure you leave yourself a ton of lead time and stay very on top of communication.
