We live in New York and were married in Miami, so much of our wedding planning with Carmen was done via phone and email. Carmen was very responsive and helpful for the 9 months we spent planning.
In our very limited time in Miami to meet with vendors, she handled the logistics for our back to back vendor meetings efficiently and was very organized. She also recommended great vendors within our budget. We felt that in every situation she had our best interest and we truly trusted her judgement.
On the wedding day, she helped everyone stay on track, including all the vendors, and provided an epic timeline admired by all who recieved it! Her assistant was responsible for setting up our venue (along with our florist) of which she did a perfect and beautiful job!
We were lucky to have found Carmen! Her professionalism and experience in the wedding planning industry was evident. She also displayed passion for what she does, something we can't imagine you'd find in just any wedding planner.

I wanted to take the time to share my memorable experience working with Carmen Mesa as my Wedding/ Event Planner. I can relate to the feelings associated with planning a wedding while, trying to balance career, life - in conjunction with... "doing it all."

I realized I needed to seek the guidance and expertise of a professional and after doing some research, I found Carmen. I was impressed with her years of experience in the industry, credentials as a Master Planner finally, after reading multiple reviews regarding her previous clients, I knew I had to contact her.

From my initial phone conversation with Carmen I was relieved and confident I made the right decision. I wasnt sure if my budget would allow for an Wedding Planner but she was reasonable and fair. I partned with a warm, personal, pleasant and seasoned professional who not only shared her creativity but also listened to my ideas, offered fresh alternatives and resolved any concerns.

Carmen was thorough and organized from beginning to end. She evaluated and maintained every vendor contract via email, liaison and coordinated with vendors. Needless to say, I was fortunate and extremely satisified with her referrals for Floral, Videography and Speciality Musical Services.

My wedding day was seamless. Carmen and her team nailed it! I know, its tempting to look for ways to make cut backs while planning your special day however you can't put a price tag on a peace of mind. By utilitizing Carmen's services, I was able to focus on creating new memories with my new husband, family and friends.

Carmen was recommended to us by a friend during a time when I was super stressed and very overwhelmed with vendor selections and planning our Miami destination wedding. During our initial phone meeting, I knew that she was the planner that we desperately needed. Her spirit and her experience spoke volumes to me about what my wedding experience would be like if we hired her. How do you summarize a review for the one person who kept it all together and made sure I had all my bases covered when I didn't even know what base I was on or running towards? She was a lifesaver and I can't imagine how I would have pulled it all off without her! All of her recommendations for vendors were dead on - not one single disappointment. Anytime I mentioned her name it was a discount here or favor there. Even with her referral, she was always looking out for us and reviewed every contract and every detail. With our decor, she found ways to reduce the cost without compromising our vision. All of the vendors were super excited to work with her and it ended up the best thing everyone had worked together before so everything was in sync and on point. As much as they talked about the food or how pretty the place was, my guests equally talked about Carmen, "your wedding coordinator was amazing/awesome....the best thing you ever did!" She is super patient, warm, welcoming and inviting yet uber professional - just who you need when someone is planning one of the biggest and most intimate moment of your life. I can't articulate it all - just book her, you will not be disappointed!

Carmen is absolutely the best find when it comes to wedding planning! From the first moment I spoke to her I knew I had to have her. She was right there for me from the very beginning. She introduced me to the amazing team of vendors that made our wedding the absolute best wedding EVER! She was there to calm me down when wedding details started becoming overwhelming. I seriously do not know how I would have pulled this off had it not been for Carmen. Not only did Carmen provide exceptional service, she also became a good friend. I call her "My Fairy Godmother"! She did not let anyone or anything stand in the way of making my day the most amazing day I have ever had! I know my wedding would not have been the same without Carmen. She made my wedding day dreams come true!

If you want your wedding to be the most memorable, If you want it to go off without a hitch, if you want everyone fro days afterwards raving about your wedding, then this is the lady to plan your day. My husband and I sat with a florist for 3 hours and left being as confused as ever. Then we came across Carmen and regret we didn't meet with her sooner.
