Established in 1992 Carmen Creation has been creating Victorian Dresses in the Los Angeles, Santee Alley area for the past 20 years. We are a Victorian Dress Shop and Boutique catering to children and adults. Our works have sold to Heidi Klum, Jennifer Lopez, American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, USC School Of Dramatic Arts, and a few others. We have shipped our dresses to Canada, Switzerland, Mexico, Spain, Italy, and Paris France.
