Carissa is absolutely worth every single penny and travel fee. If you’re looking for a planner that has her sh*t together and also feels like a friend, Carissa is absolutely your girl. From our first call, I knew that I wanted to work with Carissa because I loved her vibe and I was so excited to finally see our months and months of work come together. She absolutely nailed our overall vibe as a couple and the design of our wedding and decor was absolutely stunning. As someone who was too busy with work to focus fully on planning, having Carissa there to guide me and keep me on track was crucial and made the entire wedding planning process stress free. She is a rockstar planner and designer and I cannot recommend her enough.

What could I possibly say about CCE, other than I could not have gotten married without her and her team. The process from start to finish was professional and seamless. Her guidance was key in making numerous decisions throughout our planning. CCE kept us on task and supported through it. On every phone call with every vendor. Present and Prepared. One of the hardest parts of planning was taking all that you envisioned and bringing it to life. I was able to focus on details because CCE had me covered with an air tight day of schedule across all vendors. Which contributed to a perfect day. No hiccups. Her ability to make everyone feel comfortable and confident is amazing. Everyone always told me to get a coordinator, I firmly advocate for that and specifically for Carissa!

We got married on June 10th at my dream venue that far exceeded my wheelhouse of planning experience. I was on the hunt for a wedding planner when I met Carissa at a bridal expo. I cannot speak more highly of Carissa! From the beginning to the end of the planning process she kept us on track to ensure that when the big day came we were not worried or stressed. We hired Carissa and her team for guidance with design details for our June 2023 wedding. She was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process and took time to get to know us as a couple before providing her design deck that was specific to our love story. I hired Carissa for day of coordination for my wedding last week and my only regret was not hiring her to help with things sooner! She took over two months before the wedding and helped smooth all of the bumps in the planning process as the day approached. Carissa managed all of the vendor coordination leading up to and on the wedding day, helped provide suggestions on decor and personal touches to make my wedding feel more special, created a wedding timeline, ran the wedding rehearsal, and then executed the wedding of my dreams on the actual day so that I was able to be in the moment and not worry about anything the day of. Carissa was also awesome to work with - she reached out to check in to see how I was feeling as the wedding approached, checked in to see if I needed anything on the day of and made herself available for any questions and to work through issues as they popped up. I was so nervous leading up to my wedding but my biggest piece of advice would be to hire Carissa and her team and then relax because they will truly do it all. All of my bridesmaids also commented on how awesome and helpful Carissa was on the wedding day. I cannot recommend Carissa enough!

I don’t even know where to begin when writing this review. No words can explain how grateful we are to Carissa Corsi and her team. If you are looking for a planner - you’ve found her! The search is over. Not only did I find one of the best wedding planners in the business but I’ve also gained a friend who stuck with us through all the highs and lows of making our day - one to remember. Carissa Corsi Events brought my Pinterest board and insta screenshots to life. From the very beginning, our vision, our style, and our personalities were always central to the design and layout of the whole event. From our first discovery call where we learned about a pricing option that was affordable to us, to our design calls where we sorted through vision boards and inspiration photos, to our monthly check-ins that ended up being half planning and half “wedding planning therapy”, CCE made us feel supported, understood, and confident that our dream wedding would come together for our big day. After each venue tour, shopping session or Zoom call, I felt more and more in control of something that often leaves brides paralyzed with anxiety. In the weeks leading up to the actual day, CCE took control of the reigns and made sure that all vendors were held accountable and in line with expectations. She worked with each vendor to make sure they felt supported during the final few days. On the day of- everything could not have gone more smoothly. As a bride, I never felt worried about any of the set up or the flow of events.

Don’t get me started on the design and execution. When we had the big reveal of our Reception space- I immediately started sobbing. All the little details, from the candles to the centerpieces to the menus and place cards, all fit together so cohesively. All of this was made possible by CCE. Thank you to Carissa and her team for making our day so personable, entertaining, beautiful and stress free. We could not have done it with out you!!

If you’re looking for a wedding planner, you’ve found her! Carissa is the most professional, caring, organized, level-headed, hilarious, most incredible person! I was so stressed during the majority of the wedding planning process…until we hired Carissa! Carissa not only helped lighten the wedding process (both literally and emotionally!) she also made our time together fun and feel like I was hanging out with my best friend!

There were so many small details that came up the weeks before and the day of our wedding that made our day the best day ever because Carissa handled them all and we didn’t know about them! For example, we wrote postcards to each guest as escort cards and gave them to Carissa alphabetized…a gust of wind knocked them over and disorganized them all!! Carissa and her team reorganized them and pivoted the presentation of them, I didn’t even know until I got the photos back from our photographer!

Another example of how amazing Carissa is, some of our buses didn’t arrive to pick up our guests! Carissa handled everything and we had no idea until the next day!

Before the wedding, Carissa’s experience and strategic plan helped me manage my time and budget so that I was less stressed and anxious and able to make it the perfect day!

Many of our guests told us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to (so much so that my husband’s family friend's son got married a few weeks before ours and they said that and that they hadn’t been to a wedding so well organized and with so much love !!!). THAT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THE CASE WITHOUT CARISSA! She pulled together every detail and made it PERFECT!

It was the first time we worked with her this weekend and I wish all of my brides in the New England had her as their planner.

I loved her communication before our brides wedding. She made sure to send over updated timeline and answered any questions I had. I can’t stress enough how important it is for planners to be great at communication with your other vendors.

Throughout the entire day, she was checking in on everyone making sure everything was good and on time.

Weddings can be the happiest day of one’s life but it takes a village for that to happen. Carissa takes care of her village (other vendors) so that it is possible for that day to make SUPER special. I can stress that enough!!

AND NOT TO MENTION SHE CAN TURN A SPACE INTO A MAGICAL PLACE!! ✨ the bride came into the reception area and literally bawled. Carissa took the brides vision and made it happen!!!

This is why I’m hear writing a review for a fellow vendor. Along side with her work being magical, Carissa made us feel at home and safe. We were able to come to her with small problems and she would calmly give us a solution with a huge smile on her face.

I hope to work with her when I’m in the area and definitely will be recommending her to our brides who live up north!
