Victoria will make all your wedding dreams come true!!
Long story short: YOU NEED VICTORIA!!!! I initially was looking for someone to help me with the design of my wedding (back when I naïvely thought I could plan a wedding by myself) and little did I realize how much of a HUGE relief it was to have Victoria working with us the whole time. From our first phone call she was SO supportive and explained the benefits of having a wedding planner. I was hesitant about the idea, since I knew that I had a tight budget for the wedding, and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to pay the extra money for a wedding planner. If you’re on the fence about working with her, the answer is BOOK HER!!! I quickly realized that Victoria was worth EVERY PENNY. There is absolutely no amount of money that can cover the cost of alleviating extra stress and time.
Not only does Victoria do the absolute most to make it your dream wedding (like calling 20 different venues the day before your outdoor bridal portraits when the weather is calling for rain), but she was so supportive and really does advocate for YOU. She even brought us our signature cocktails so we could sample them while taking pictures on our wedding day, and made sure we ate dinner first (so we could actually eat on our wedding day and be uninterrupted). She also was extremely helpful with budgeting. She helped me to organize my list of priorities for the wedding so that we could stick to the budget and allot the most money towards the things that mattered most to us. I am 100% sure that we actually would have WAY exceeded our budget if it had not been for Victoria.
I had absolutely NO idea how much planning the wedding would take and how much organization was required (which is not my strong suit). I work full time, and my mom wanted to be helpful, but she lives in a different city and also works a lot. I realized that I needed someone who was organized and experienced with lots of weddings to help me. Victoria was a Godsend!!! She had so many great ideas that I never would have thought of before, like having velvet bridesmaid dresses for our Christmas wedding, and having our dog be a “greeter” for our guests!!
Victoria created an extremely detailed wedding schedule for the day of, and even changed it multiple times when I kept going back and forth about doing a first look with my now husband (I was a little bit of a bridezilla sometimes). Even when I was stressed out, she was so reassuring. I wanted my wedding to be two main things: beautiful and fun. Victoria helped me to exceed those expectations!!
We ended up booking the entire wedding package, which included full wedding planning plus rehearsal dinner coverage. I’m so glad we did!! Our rehearsal dinner had around 50 people, so it was very helpful that Victoria assisted with that as well! My husband and I’s first date was at a Mediterranean restaurant, and we wanted the rehearsal dinner to be Mediterranean themed. Victoria designed the whole thing and it was beautiful—it even had lemons for name cards, which was a huge hit with our guests!!
Victoria not only brings so many unique ideas, but she is also extremely professional and timely. She always responded promptly to every email. Victoria was the point of contact for all of my vendors, so I only had to contact Victoria the whole time!
Above all, Victoria is so sweet and supportive, despite all the craziness and stress that inevitably comes with being a bride and planning a wedding!! I had multiple guests tell me that this was the best wedding they had ever been to, which couldn’t have happened without Victoria. If you want someone to go the extra mile for you, you need Victoria!!!
