We had no issues whatsoever when using Canopies for our ceremony white wooden chair rentals (for our October outdoor wedding ceremony). The staff was extremely responsive and accommodating as my numbers changed closer to the ceremony. They had them dropped off on time and picked up just as planned. Price was the best I could find in the area including delivery for the "upgraded" white padded seat wooden chairs...but I still think it is crazy expensive for chairs that were used for less than 25 minutes! However, if that is what the competition bids at as well, there is nothing we as consumers can do. No complaints service/product wise!
