What a wonderful experience! Tara is an absolute delight. She made the cake planning seamless and stress free. I'm really picky with cakes in general but Tara definitely made me a believer--her cakes are delicious. I highly recommend her and am planning on ordering again in the near future.

Tara did a fantastic job with our cupcake tower and cutting cake! She was so easy to work with, incorporated our style seamlessly and the cake was delicious!! We initially ordered just the cupcake tower, we had a friend baking our cutting cake but when that fell through 2 weeks before the wedding, Tara added the cake no problem and everything was so reasonably priced. I would book Tara again in a heartbeat!

We had a great experience with Tara and booking our wedding cupcakes from across the country. We weren't able to taste them before signing, but it was an amazing decision! We went with almond cupcakes and buttercream frosting. They were so delicious and beautifully displayed, not to mention affordable compared to many others in CT! My only regret is that I wish I had gotten to eat more cake on our wedding night! She even went above and beyond when we were unable to return the cupcake tower after the wedding. So glad we trusted the many glowing reviews and would definitely recommend!

Tara at Cakes Unlimited is a cake genius. She was the first baker we went to for a tasting, and we booked her right on the spot for our wedding. Not only were her cake samples delicious, but her designs were exactly what we wanted. She had great suggestions for how to make our cake perfect, worked well with our florist, and delivered everything we asked for on time. And it was AMAZING. I have dreams about this cake still. Even better, her budget cake option allowed us to give our guests a beautiful and delicious cake for well under what we planned to spend.

Tara is such a talented baker and artist. Her cakes were so good at our trial that I ordered two cakes for different occasions before our wedding. Mounds Cake filled with Bavarian Cream and topped Buttercream Frosting (the perfect amount of sweetness, perfect!!) I recommend Cakes Unlimited to everyone!!! I cannot wait to order more cakes from her in the future.

Our wedding cake from Cakes Unlimited was a huge hit. It was so delicious, moist, and eligant. People had seconds and thirds. Our taste was stress free and smooth.Their owner took to extra steps to ensure our cake was all that we dreamed.

Cakes Unlimited did a great job at creating our wedding cake for us. Tara reviewed pictures along with our own visions for our cake and created exactly what we were looking for. She was also fantastic at finding a way to limit the amount of fondant used as we did not want to use much of it but still wanted the clean look it gives cakes. We, and our guests were very impressed with the end product and would recommend Cakes Unlimited to anyone for any occasion!

We visited three local bakeries for wedding cake tasting, and Cakes Unlimited was the best combination of service, quality and value. Tara was always responsive and helpful leading up to the event, and made many suggestions (sending me pictures, etc.) to refine the design. She also incorporated our cake topper (suggesting ways to tie the design with the cake) and worked with the florist to add flowers. The cake was beautiful and delicious and we received many compliments from guests on the flavor. Some were sad they couldn't have more cake!

Tara made our wedding cupcakes and cutting tier. She did a wonderful job. She is very professional. Her cake tasted amazing and everyone at the wedding loved her cupcakes. She is priced reasonably, and well worth the money. She did a great job with all of the cupcakes and our cutting tier. She made the cake table look beautiful and she made it the cupcake tower look exactly like I imagined it. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding cake or wedding cupcakes.
