Erin baked 250 mini cupcakes in 4 flavors for my wedding. They were amazing! All the guests raved about them the entire night and even after our event was over. The flavors we chose were champagne, lemon drop, oreo, and red velvet. Each one was the perfect bite size so we could try them all. Although she may be a little pricey, her cupcakes are well worth it.

Erin and her team were WONDERFUL! My husband, and I met with Erin and she gave us SO many options, when we picked what we wanted she did all the work! She checked back with us a few different times before the wedding to make sure we hadn't changed our minds. The cake was BEAUTIFUL!!! and So delicious!!! I am still have guest ask me where I got it! All you brides would be CRAZY to go with Cakes by Erin! You will not be disappointed!!
