Cake lounge was flexible, easy to work with and had a fabulous cake vision that came together tastefully!!!

My dream wedding cake! I chose Cake Lounge because their cakes not only look fantastic but most importantly, taste amazing. One of the things I liked the most about working with them is that they were able to adapt my idea perfectly. I had seen one of their cakes but wanted to make a few changes to the design and that can make you nervous, especially on your wedding, not knowing if they'll get the exact color or other details just as you imagine them. Yet, I was pleasantly surprised to see the finish product, exactly as I had envisioned it. All my guests were impressed and loved the cake!

We had a vision and Cake Lounge Miami came through. Alejandra was very professional and easy to work with as she approached our ideas with a can-do attitude. The end product was amazing and, more importantly, delicious. The cake tasting process was simple and we had so many options! Highly recommend this!

Our venue used Cake Lounge for the wedding cake. Everything Alejandra makes is delicious! We chose vanilla rum for our wedding cake. The design was elegant and the flavor amazing. We stopped by Cake Lounge store and tried her cupcakes and everything she makes is moist and delish. Would definitely go back to her for other cakes. Highly recommend.

Alejandra made us the perfect cake. We were able to pick our own colors and customize it with her. Loved the service, the flavor was perfect. I was hard to believe that we had a wedding cake that was actually great! Also, we ordered our dessert cake with her and it was excellent. All out guests loved it. Highly recommend her!

Although our wedding cake was delicious, Cake Lounge Miami left a bittersweet taste in my mouth.
I was lucky enough to not have anything go wrong during our wedding EXCEPT for our wedding cake.
We got married at the Colonnade hotel & Cake Lounge was one of the included vendors. I knew I didn't want to go with Edda's or Ana Paz because I think their cakes are dry & disgusting. Cake Lounge Miami's cakes are FANTASTIC. They have delicious flavors & options, & look pretty (if you pay for upgrades). The standard package was a "plain" cake so we did have to pay extra for a tier of gold paint & a bit of texture on our buttercream cake. Alejandra did a great job of creating designing 3 different cakes to serve our 160+ person wedding. The flavors we got were dulce de leche filling in a marble cake, almond, & key lime. Everyone loved the cakes.
We chose her based on the taste of her cakes. However, she didn't have matching cake stands & waited until 3 days before our wedding to purchase a cake stand from Home Goods that was $27 & wanted to charge us a $15 rental fee plus a deposit, I purchased the cake stand myself because I didn't want to waste money on rental. But, the worst thing was that, although I dropped off our wedding cake topper over 2 weeks in advance, on the day of our wedding, I looked at our cake table & the main cake, which was extremely simple, had no cake topper. We did not have ANY flowers on our cake because we had a topper & I was MORTIFIED to see that our cake was missing the center of attention. The pictures look silly. Our cake topper had our names, wedding date, & had been special ordered & personalized months before. I completely lost my money there. Luckily my florist had extra flowers to fix it up after I noticed & almost cried. Alejandra offered to set up a fake cake for photos which I refused as I didn't want to be reminded it wasn't actually there. I received a partial refund instead. So, the cake was amazing but service was disappointing.
