We cannot recommend Cake Elizabeth enough for your wedding! Kristina and her team were very professional, responsive, flexible, and pleasant throughout our time working together. They truly hit the ball out of the park with everything and were very helpful in determining how much cake to have, delivering and setting everything up, etc.

The design of the cake was absolutely beautiful. We gave Kristina a general idea of what we were looking for, and it could not have come out better. She also made two adorable puffins for the base the cake.

As cake lovers, not only was the design but also the taste really important to us. We had a four tier cake along with a selection of cupcakes, all of varying flavors. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The cake was moist, while the frosting was smooth, buttery, and fluffy — and neither too sweet. Our guests loved everything, and by the end of the night, all the cake and cupcakes were eaten!

We will definitely be back for celebrations in the future.

I was so happy to use Cake Elizabeth for my recent wedding. After meeting and sampling cakes, Kristina was so helpful in designing the most beautiful cake. When it arrived, we were so impressed with the decoration, but even more impressed by how it tasted. Multiple guests commented afterwards that it was the best wedding cake they've had. In addition, Kristina made whoopie pies and cupcakes that were equally delicious. I would definitely use Kristina again for other desserts.

From the cake tasting to the final product, we loved our experience with Patty at Cake Elizabeth! We have used her for our wedding cake, cupcakes, and a cake for an event (clearly we love her baking!). Her cakes and cupcakes are out of this world delicious. Additionally, Patty is very organized, professional, and sweet.

It was a great experience to taste the selection of delicious cake flavors, icing and fillings in an elegant setting with dream cake maker, Patty. The hardest decision is what to choose. The presentation of our wedding cake was exactly what we wanted, a beautifully iced cake with snow-like drifts and gorgeous snowy decorated tree landscape, tied with a cranberry red ribbon bow. Absolutely gorgeous and the flavor combination was amazing.

Patty is a cake baking magician! Her cakes are hands down THE BEST cakes I have ever tasted. At our tasting, we literally could not choose a flavor because they were all so good, so we ended up doing a cake AND cupcakes so guests could have more! We ended up choosing a lemon cake with white chocolate frosting for the wedding and guests are still talking about it. I can't wait for the next occasion so I can order another cake through Patty :)

Patricia was very flexible and easy to work with. She delivered the cake and arranged the flowers on the cake beautifully! The cake was absolutely beautiful- exactly what I wanted. And it tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend Cake Elizabeth!

I would order from Cake Elizabeth again and again. The cake and cupcakes were delicious! It is so hard not to eat the cake in the freezer! I ordered a two tier cake and 60 cupcakes! Patty exceeded my expectations!

Patty makes the most delicious cakes I have ever had! The entire experience was superb. For the cake tasting we went to her gorgeous house where she served us our chosen cake selections paired with a dry Riesling, a roaring fire, and smooth jazz that played in the background. She was able to take my wedding cake ideas and transform them to create a simple but elegant watercolor cake. My husband and I are already planning on using her for our next event.

Really surprised that there are not more reviews for Cake Elizabeth on here! Our wedding cake came out perfect, fitting our beach theme, and (of course the most important part) was incredibly delicious. Patricia was very responsive, and easy to work with. She set up a delicious cake tasting for us, and made a point to be sure that the cake would be perfect for our big day. We had 3 layers, all different flavors, and decorated in white, with starfish and sand dollars. The look of the cake was both elegant but fun. Patricia delivered the cake herself to our island venue. We had done lots of price comparison research, and Cake Elizabeth was very affordable for the quality. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cake vendor in the Portland area.
