The C Lazy U Ranch was the most magical wedding venue we could have ever asked for. The entire wedding weekend, from the food, to the activities, to the staff and events, we could not have asked for a more perfect experience. There was no detail left unattended to, and the entire staff assured our entire wedding weekend was truly magical. Our greatest thanks and appreciation to the amazing staff who made it all possible, and helped us have our Colorado winter wedding dream!

I have found that searching for a venue when your wedding is only 10 months away, is actually quite tricky. Though we haven't nailed anything down yet, my most enjoyable exchange and experience in this search has been with Jackie at C Lazy U Ranch! She is responsive, professional, and personable.

I had six months to plan my wedding in a state that I had just moved to before my husband-to-be deployed. The C Lazy U was the first venue I saw that could lodge all of our guests for the entire weekend, included activities plus meals and a wedding planner. As soon as I saw the ranch I fell in love with it (and with Jackie Kecskes, their wedding coordinator/every bride's BFF). The ranch handled all of the lodging reservations for our guests, we worked with them to plan all of the meals for our entire wedding weekend (you don't even pay extra for your rehearsal dinner or reception, and a one night planning trip stay is included too), the sommelier gave us a private tasting to help plan the adult drinks for the weekend, they give out welcome bags to every guest so we didn't have to take care of welcome gifts, and basically everything you could want taken care of they will handle for you. We bought out the ranch so the only people around on our big day were our friends and family, which was wonderful and appreciated by all. There are so many beautiful places to take pictures you won't even know where to start! One of my favorite things about the ranch by far is that it is a family friendly vacation spot, meaning that years after your wedding you can bring your family back and re-live all of the wonderful memories made there. Don't be fooled by the Dude Ranch cover up, this place is true luxury. Originally coming from Colorado, I knew I wanted an outdoor wedding that took full advantage of what this beautiful state had to offer. But living out of state, I needed some reassurance that my wedding wasn't going to be just another "for the books". When first visiting C Lazy U, I was taken back by how effortless it was to see….I couldn't imagine a wedding anywhere else.

Having flexibility was key when planning our wedding. Our budget and ideas fluctuated because we were planning out of state. C Lazy U was very accommodating, gave sound advice, and made it easy for us to trust the process.

Apart from being an unique venue, with multiple activities for guests to enjoy…the staff is one of a kind. Hands down, some of the friendliest and warm hearted people we've ever met.

Jackie Keckes and Heather Peters were by our side throughout all of the months of wedding planning and the many many decisions that had to be made. I could not have asked for a more perfect pair to help us plan our wedding. Because of Jackie and Heather, I can honestly tell you that the wedding planning was stress-free for me. They did such an amazing job. From meal preferences, to rooming requests, and cancellations/add-on guests… they did it all! I was able to just enjoy the entire process… and I am so thankful for that.
The wedding went flawlessly, and we owe that to all of the coordinators and the ranch hands at C Lazy U. People kept telling me that we would have our “hiccups” and stressors on the day of the wedding.. but we really didn’t (unless it was just kept a secret from me)! The ceremony site and the reception were absolutely beautiful. Jackie did such an incredible job planning the wedding of our dreams. Due to my inability to make decisions, Jackie actually helped me my making quite a few of them for me (per my request)… and she could not have done a better job. It was as if she’s known me my whole life and knew exactly what I wanted… she is incredible.
C Lazy U is an perfect venue for a wedding. If you are considering this ranch as a venue for your own wedding, I highly suggest you stop considering and just book it! Well you don’t have to do that, but I really do recommend you seriously consider C Lazy U. The ranch is absolutely breathtak

Best place to get Married. Great views. Great Staff. Everyone had their own horse! The outdoor spa is without words Amazing! I wish we could do it all over again
