Highly recommend not having a wedding here. It was a nightmare and now they are refusing to return our $750 security deposit. Our contract stated we would receive linens and napkins (didn’t receive napkins, linens didn’t come close to fitting on the tables), a luxury bathroom trailer (we were provided with a single stall porta-potty), valet service for our event (didn’t show up). They pride themselves on answering quickly, but every email I sent in the past year I had to send multiple in order to get a response. Tiffany’s phone number goes straight to voicemail and they refuse to answer/return calls. The house was a mess when we arrived, as well as the outdoor areas surrounding the property. There was no toilet paper, paper towels, hand towels, or bath towels provided for the guests. No clean up instructions were provided so we left our trash on the porch outside and now they’re refusing to return our deposit because of that. It’s a shame that such a beautiful property is run so poorly!

It’s taken me a while to make a review just because I was in shock at how we, MYSELF was treated by Tiffany and Brandon.
This place is a whole disaster and an even BIGGER joke.

What my husband and I thought was going to a great experience with buttercups home turned into them STEALING our $750 deposit.

The lack of communication was unbelievable. I have multiple texts and emails of me trying to reach Tiffany. With no response for days or weeks. I was told I gave temper tantrums because his wife never responded to me.
My other temper tantrum was probably when I got a little upset about a payment MISS COMMUNICATION. I feel when you’re paying for a wedding anyone would want to ensure they have all costs down to a T
But because I got upset AND even apologized after the fact for MY mistake. We can’t afford our own wedding.

After multiple attempts via email and text I had to call her on her personal cell to which, yes I was agitated because again I haven’t heard from her in days or weeks.
After trying to get ahold of her to confirm what was being provided by them I had to call her because of her lack there of and she told me she was at the aquarium with her family for spring break and she would send me over what I needed (I received what I need a few days later)

Not only that but the valet they provided to us showed up late. And ended up at the bar drinking liquor when they need to be parking and driving our guests vehicles.
Because they were late cars were parked on the road to where buttercups home was fined $350.00 (still have no proof of this fine because they refused to send me the picture)
Also we forgot to tip valet
So somehow we’re now charged $264.00
The damage to the lawn. Was already there we just made it better so our guest didn’t fall and break any bones.
The items we laid on the ground that caused “irreparable damage” was wood boards that were on the property. The bricks were also on the property and those were used to hide the steaks that the tent company didn’t steak all the way in the ground.
How does this cause irreparable damage?
There was a support beam holing up the roof on the porch, my niece almost fell from resting against the rail on the porch, there was mold on the ceilings, as well as an ant infestation that ruined our bridal breakfast tray.

For him to speak to me like as a private business owner this is VERY disrespectful and Shameful behavior. People like you all with get what’s coming

For him to say it sounds like we can’t afford our own wedding to me sounds like they can’t afford this beautiful house with so much potential, and that’s why they’re stealing deposits.

I hope everyone reads this review and really consider if this is the place for you. If you look past this that’s fine, but PLEASE be on your P’d and Q’s because they WILL pull a fast one on you from what we’ve encountered.

Also how do you have not have information or have done a walk through of the inside of the house a week AFTER the wedding?
