Planned this wedding in a week and thought I'd be buying my flowers at Harris Teeter. We passed Brooks and decided to look inside. The wedding was in the afternoon of the morning I walked in. In hours they put together a gorgeous (and purple no less) bouquet, boutineer and corsage for myself, husband and mom. Definitely recommend.

As an out of town bride planning a destination wedding, I left flowers until just a few weeks before. I was nervous about planning over the phone, but the staff were helpful! On the day we picked up my bouquet, I cried at how beautiful, high quality, and perfect it fit in my wedding. Thank you!

We planned a small wedding on a tight budget. We happen to pass Brooks the Florist on the way to the grocery store where we were going to purchase my wedding boquet. Brooks showed us all of his wonderful fresh flowers and allowed me to pick out my favorites while gently giving advice about which ones would look best together. Our wedding was later that afternoon and Brooks had the flowers ready and had also created two boutineers for my husband and my son - free of charge. He is a lovely man who does wonderful work.

I described the bouquet I wanted for our Vow Renewal on the beach on the OBX and Brooks the Florist created just what I wanted. Thank you so much, the flowers were just perfect!

I absolutely can NOT believe that anyone other than the owner himself would post a positive review about this place. Check other reviews online about this place. SERIOUSLY....one lady didn't receive flowers on her WEDDING DAY. Also, you will find a lot of reviews of receiving DEAD FLOWERS. Google it....seriously. My experience was that I literally received a 10.00 grocery store hanging basket for 70.00. Literally. When I called to ask what happened, I was literally called a "whiner and complainer" and hung up on. NO. JOKE. When I reported it to the Better Business Bureau, the correspondence they sent to Brooks was returned to them with a "return to sender" and never opened. This business is a leech on unsuspecting people from out of town because no person in their right mind would EVER do business with them. I feel sorry for brides.....they have enough stress and things to worry about, ya know?

Mr.Brooks is unprofessional. We ended up sending back my flowers as they were done half a$$. When I spoke to him about what he delivered he said I was just mad that it was going to rain on my wedding day. We ended up going to Harris Teeter last minute and they did a wonderful job. Do not use Mr.Brooks for your wedding you will set yourself up for disappointment on your wedding day.
