The delicious, beautiful, and unique cakes were SUCH a hit. We had a beautiful, earthy 4-tier wedding cake and a super fun grooms' cake. The groom's cake was in the shape of a manatee, accompanied by a sugar-crafted crab, and our dog and cat (we sent her pictures). The kids loved it, the groom adored it, and of course it tasting amazing.

Bronwen made my sister's wedding/groom's cake back in 2016, and although my wedding was in Austin rather than Dallas, we knew we had to go with Bronwen. A very reasonable traveling fee was applied and it was totally worth it! From the very first phone call and through all of the emails, Bronwen was not only communicative, helpful, clear, and obviously knew her stuff, she was also EXCITED about the design process. She helped me flesh out my ideas when at first all I had was a vague vision, and she was always down for feedback and changes as the preparation went on. A month before the wedding I decided I wanted to throw in our dog and cat for the groom's cake, and she gladly went for it.

The tasting was so fun, too! We did her basic sampler, and she also threw in some flavors that we thought my fiance would like specifically. I had a group of my bridesmaids over and we all had a tasting party! For the wedding cake we went with: boozy butter (MY FAVE! I love sweet cakes and buttercream frosting, and this one had such a rich yet not overwhelming flavor), lemon (not overly lemony, but light and fruity and delicate), and white chocolate raspberry (again, a beautiful combination of flavors with the raspberry giving you a fruity/tangy flavor coupled with the yummy white chocolate taste). The groom's cake was kahlua (okay, ALSO my fav). This was melt-in-your-mouth chocolate, coffee, and cream; richer than the others but not overly rich IMO, and just makes you shut your eyes and go yummmmm. SO GOOD.

I can't wait until I have another reason to get another cake from Bronwen and her team!!

Bronwen is absolutely incredible. She created the perfect wedding cake for us that everyone hasn’t been able to stop talking about! From our first few emails, to our virtual meeting, to the final product, Bronwen was so on top of everything. She listened to our ideas and sketched up a drawing of our future cake during our meeting. She discussed flavors with us and helped us to decide what would be best for our big day. The final product was nothing short of magical. Our guests were wowed by the design and even more amazed by the taste. Truly perfect in every way. We cannot recommend Bronwen enough!

My wedding cake was absolutely delicious and beautiful! The staff were wonderful to work with leading up to the event and day-of. I would highly recommend them for a wedding cake or a cake for another event.

Bronwen is the best of the best!!! She knows her stuff and her creativity shines through in all that she does. She was able to take my husbands dream grooms cake and transform it into an incredible piece of art! Not to mention that but her cakes TASTE AMAZING! No bland boring cake here - Bronwen's cake flavors are out of this world!! From the butter cake to the texas chocolate pecan I'm still dreaming about how incredible our wedding cake was! I first heard of Bronwen through my sister, who hired her to make her wedding cakes. They were delicious, and beautiful. So of course when I got engaged I wanted Bronwen to create my cakes as well. Taste was my number one criteria when hiring a cake baker and allll of the flavors I tried were amazing, made it very hard to pick the flavors I wanted for my 5 layer wedding cake. Our grooms cake was a layered chocolate chip cookie cake, so unique and the guests loved it! Bronwen brought my vision to life and my cake fit the white peacock theme, even had a layer of piping to match the pattern of my wedding dress. My guests still talk about how good the cakes were and ask me who I hired. Bronwen and her team definitely create the best cakes!!

Bronwen brought our wedding cake dreams to life with the most creative and unique cakes I’ve ever seen. We really wanted a one-of-a-kind Star Wars cake and a lightly themed Harry Potter cake, and Bronwen delivered in spades. Within 5 minutes of meeting her, she drew our vision, and it exceeded every expectation we had on our wedding day. She is a consummate professional, her cakes taste amazing, and she can nail your vision. I can not recommend Bronwen enough.
