Val was very professional and knowledgeable. I absolutely loved my hair for my wedding. She also did 2 of my bridesmaids and they looked gorgeous!! The make up artist she recommended was amazing as well.

Cannot thank Val enough! I felt so beautiful and confident throughout the entire day. My hair was simply amazing and everything I dreamed of. It held up perfectly all night. The morning of my wedding was a bit hectic, but Val was such a calming presence and worked so efficiently. I truly couldn’t have imagined my morning with anyone else doing my hair. All of my bridesmaids hair came out stunning as well!!!

Val created the most STUNNING braid for me on my wedding day that was still just as perfect at 2am as it was when she did it at 7am through heat, a thunderstorm, and dancing all night! She made it so easy to plan and schedule a trial ahead of time and answered any/all questions I had leading up to the day of so quickly. I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding morning knowing she was doing mine and my girls hair.

Val did an amazing job on everyone’s hair for my wedding! I have very long, thick, curly hair, (and the bridal party had varied hair types) and Val was still able to achieve all the different hairstyles we wanted. We started super early in the morning to make sure that I could do my first look and take some pictures before the ceremony. The reception was not until late afternoon and I was amazed at how great my hair still looked at that point after being wind-blown all day!! I never wear makeup, so I wanted something very minimal. Val worked with the makeup artist she brought to make sure I looked how I wanted on my wedding day. By the end of the night my hair was still holding its style. Very impressed with Val’s work. Would definitely recommend her to others!

If you are looking for a tousled “undone updo” look no further! Val is truly a master at what she does! She made my wedding hair dream a reality. I wanted a very intricate updo as she was able to deliver that with ease. She was so professional from start to finish, easy to communicate with, and just a truly nice person to work with. She spent a long time on my trial perfecting each piece of hair and making any small changes that I wanted. The day of was such a breeze with her and everyones hair turned out beautiful! I can't recommend Val enough!!!!

I can’t thank Val and Jenna enough for the AMAZING job they did on everyone’s hair and makeup for my wedding. We all looked fantastic!

Val did this absolutely gorgeous up-do for me with finger curls (vintage wedding) that did not fall the entire night, despite enduring a good amount of abuse. We (she) incorporated the veil into the structure of the up-do, which my bridesmaids later (not-so-skillfully) ripped out lol. I changed hair accessories several times throughout the night, and danced the night away (some would say aggressively at times lol) on a VERY hot and humid August night, and yet my hair defied the laws of physics and stayed PUT until the moment I jumped into the pool at the after-party.

Everyone else’s hair was gorgeous as well. Val seamlessly blended a whole host of hair accessories (combs, barrettes, random feathers, etc) into people's styles and made everyone feel like they were a VIP. (Seriously, my Mom is still over the moon after receiving so many compliments).

Jenna’s makeup was truly lovely and long-lasting as well. She truly heard everyone’s concerns and desires and executed our looks flawlessly. Everything photographed incredibly well and again, stayed PUT.

I would for sure hire them both again. They made my wedding beauty dreams come true!

Also PSA: DEFINITELY do the trial. I had my first trial with another HMU and learned the hard way that not all HMU teams, even in the same price range are created equal. After my trials with Val and Jenna, I knew I was in good hands and you will be too!

I loved working with Jenna (makeup) and Cindy (hair). They were so friendly and great to work with. They were able to work with many different skin tones and hair textures with ease. Everyone looked absolutely stunning. I was so happy with how my hair and makeup came out. I looked like an enhanced version of myself. They worked quickly and efficiently and were punctual. They were open to everyone's thoughts and were able to duplicate Instagram photos. I would recommend working with them in a heartbeat.

Val did an amazing job on all my bridesmaids and FAR exceeded my expectations for my hair on my wedding day. I cannot tell you how many compliments I got on my hair. I would 100% recommend her every time. I have been a bridesmaid for so many weddings and I myself even went to cosmetology school but I can honestly say I have never been more in love with my hair than I was on my wedding day! Val is AMAZING! I literally picked my wedding date around Val’s schedule because my friend had booked her for her own wedding and I was extremely happy with how my hair turned out. I couldn’t believe how beautiful all the bridesmaid’s hair turned out. We literally showed her a picture on Pinterest and in less than 30 minute our hair looked exactly the same, if not better. I HAD to book her for my own wedding day! She did the most amazing job, I got soooo many compliments on her and she arrived on time and finished within schedule. I can not recommend Val enough! Val was so great to work with! For my hair trial she helped me figure out what I liked and didn't like so that it would be perfect on my wedding day! Everyone was so happy with how our hair and makeup came out. She was patient and willing to help out with a few hair emergencies that happened that morning as well with no trouble! I got married on the hottest day of the summer with an outdoor ceremony and my hair as well as all my bridesmaids all stayed in place and did not fall with the heat! Jacqui, who did our makeup was also so talented and did beautiful makeup for everyone. Our makeup all lasted through the humidity and dancing through the night! I could not recommend their services enough, they are both so talented and will do a great job going above and beyond your expectations!
