We searched for a good caterer for a while and we could not find one we liked. We talked to the owner of Brickhouse Diner and he told us he did catering and would be willing to show us what he could do for our wedding. Although it may seem like an unorthodox wedding caterer, they were extremely helpful and coordinated. Bill, the owner, knew exactly the best way to set things up and molded his services to our big day. We got so many compliments on our food, everyone loved it all. The prime rib with au jus and horseradish sauce was a big hit and the salmon crostinis made everyone's top favorite list. The food was hot and delicious and we would recommend him for any catering event in the future!
