I’m not even sure where to begin with writing this review because we were blown away by our experience with Bri. Not only is her work absolutely brilliant, but she is so friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would advise anyone who is on the fence or still looking for a photographer to choose Bri. It will be the easiest decision you will make. We will absolutely use Bri again in the future whenever we need a photographer and we will treasure her creations forever. We are so grateful for the hard work and consideration Bri took in capturing our day, as you can tell by her work she is both a gifted artist and hard-working professional dedicated to her craft.

When planning our wedding, we knew the photos were going to be a top priority, since those are what last a lifetime. I wanted magazine-worthy photos that were high-quality, a mix of natural looking portraits and stylistic shots/candids. I also was searching for a portfolio that had an editorial photography style. I fell in love with Bri's work when I first came across her site, as she had exactly what I was searching for. From the moment my (now) husband and I met Bri virtually, we had a good feeling about working with her. Upon booking, she sent us a lovely package in the mail, which included our vow books, and throughout the time between the wedding and the booking, she communicated with us and kept us organized throughout the planning process.

Although we had done our engagement photos while on vacation the previous year, we took advantage of the included engagement session. Our photos that Bri took at Deep Cut Gardens were beautiful and absolutely amazing. We were even more confident in our decision to go with Bri after our engagement session.

Leading up to the wedding, Bri was very communicative and integral in constructing the initial timeline and was very thorough in the planning of the portraits so that on the day of they went as smoothly as possible.

On the day of the wedding, it was such a relief when Bri arrived, as she had a way of keeping us on track and remembering details. Bri was so patient with us and kept the day running smoothly. Bri is very talented, creative, friendly, and professional. I could go on and on, but I really don’t know what we would have done without her on our day. She was also very flexible and patient with us, as we had a lot of changes throughout the planning process. She worked really well with our other vendors and also with our wedding party, family/friends, who all loved her. She was also great at getting the kids’ attention and making them smile for photos.

In addition, Lauren, Bri’s assistant photographer for the day, was also so professional and talented. She also helped calm me down throughout the day, as I was super anxious lol. It was so nice having her around as she had a very comforting presence. At the end of the night, we were given a polaroid album with polaroid photos taken by Lauren throughout the day/evening, which is such a lovely keepsake of our day. It was such a cool addition that we were able to take home photos that same night and we loved her work as well.

Our photos were hands down one of the best parts of our wedding. While the day goes by so quickly, the photos will last a lifetime, so we knew it was going to be something we wanted to make sure to take the time to find someone special who could capture our day. In the end, we couldn't have asked for a better photographer for our wedding.

Bri sent us preview photos very shortly after our wedding. It was so nice to be able to share photos will family and friends so soon afterwards while we waited for the full gallery to become available. Once the full gallery was available shortly thereafter, our friends and family were sent links to save and order prints. Bri also sent us a beautiful folder display with two large prints from our wedding day. It is gorgeous and I can't wait to put it on display. We were so pleased with Bri Johnson Weddings and we would book her again in an instant.

We had the pleasure of working with Bri as our wedding photographer, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. We initially found Bri on Google, and liked her portfolio (also recommend checking out her instagram). My husband works in film and TV, so having a keen eye for photography, we knew we wanted someone who could deliver top-notch quality for our special day. Bri exceeded our expectations in every way. From our first interaction, Bri was professional, confident, and clearly passionate about her work. Her communication skills were excellent, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. She was always easy to reach whenever we had questions or needed to discuss details. On our wedding day, Bri arrived right on time, even though we had an early 9 AM ceremony at the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. She came fully equipped and prepared, which was crucial for capturing every moment of our day. Her professionalism shone through, and several of our guests even commented on how impressed they were with her work ethic and dedication. While all our vendors were fantastic, Bri was undoubtedly the best hire we made for our wedding. She brought a fun, professional, and creative energy to our day, and it was evident in the beautiful memories she captured. We highly recommend Bri to anyone looking for a talented and dedicated photographer who goes above and beyond to ensure your day is perfectly documented.

We found Bri through a recommendation from our venue (The Ryland Inn). We wanted to work with someone who was familiar with the venue, and whose work we loved, and Bri checked both boxes. Bri was the only photographer we spoke to who set up a Zoom call rather than just a phone call, and this was really helpful in making an initial connection. We were able to do an engagement shoot with Bri about a year before our wedding, and this was great to get familiar with the camera as well as to get to know Bri better. My husband and I were both quite nervous, and she helped make us feel comfortable and at ease.

Leading up to the wedding, Bri was extremely communicative about the timeline and our shot list, and she also reached out to all of our other vendors to send them this information (I had a few vendors say they had never had any other photographer reach out with this information, and that they really appreciated it). The day of the wedding, Bri was so organized and punctual, and it was nice not to have to worry about whether things were running on track because I knew she had it under control. We were sad to see her go at the end of the night, as Bri is a genuinely kind and caring person. She is also extremely funny, which was a fun surprise!

On top of all of these amazing qualities, we are so happy with how all of our photos turned out. Bri captured every single item on our shot list, no matter how trivial. The pictures are so beautiful and we feel so fortunate that we were able to work with Bri, as we will now be able to cherish the memories from our wedding forever.
