Cut to our dream wedding in Mexico - Tirusha and team ensured that both families could enjoy each event by handling all of the major and minor details. Not only did they assist in creating and keeping to established timelines, but also rectified any mistakes made by vendors. Tirusha and her team went out of their way to make sure my husband and I were fed, fanned, calm, and collected! My family and I truly could not have picked a better planner to help us through our 3-day adventure.

Excellent Wedding Day Coordinator!
Tirusha tended to our family and friends as if they were her own. Both sets of our parents, (without being prompted!) expressed how impressed they were with Tirusha and her team. While we felt glad to have Bravura Brides on board, we were especially happy to hear that our parents and family felt the same way. Overall Tirusha was an excellent wedding coordinator, and we were so thankful to have her be with us during our special weekend. While you performed very well with carrying out the functions as our wedding day coordinator, here are the things that we think truly set you apart. Firstly, you often went above and beyond your responsibilities, such as helping me take out the multitude of hair pins late at night after the Sangeet, to ensure that I could make it to bed as quickly as possible before the wedding day. Secondly, you tended to our family and friends as if they were your own. Both sets of our parents, (without being prompted!) expressed how impressed they were with you and your team. Those are the reviews we value most, and while we felt glad to have you on our team, we were especially happy to hear that our parents and family felt the same way. Thirdly, you possess the drive, the tenacity and the compassion it takes to be an excellent wedding coordinator. We hope you are able to use this experience to expand your services and client base since you have the potential to become a premium wedding coordinator in the industry.

Do your research and figure out your needs
Do not recommend - poor experience
After the COVID restrictions ceased, we informed them the new dates about 8-9 months ahead. They held the date for us with no issues. At that time, they did not mention any changes to the contract (including the fees). About 6 weeks before our event, when the planning began, they mentioned that their fee has doubled. At first, we said we will need some time to think about it because their logic for the price increase did not make sense. For full context, our original contract was for 2 events of 400 people in 2020. In 2022 the events were scaled down to just one event (reception) with 200 people. Their justification for the price increase was that they will need more staff due to COVID. This was April 2022, so it didn't make sense since all COVID restrictions had been lifted. Either way, we understand COVID caused a lot of disruption for vendors, however they were not honest with us from the beginning on any price increase. However, after some thought, we went back & asked for a discount since we just couldn't rationalize their explanation for the price increase. Immediately, after asking for the discount they were agreeable to the new price. That's when we felt a disconnect & lack of credibility to what they were saying. In our opinion, it seemed as if they were just trying to see how much more money they can get from us from the contract.
We expressed our dissatisfaction & we scheduled another call to discuss further. Unfortunately, we were not aligning on why we had such an issue with their lack of transparency regarding pricing increase & the conversation did not go as smoothly as we had hoped for. Thus, we chose to lose our deposit & part ways. Overall, we did not have a positive experience & would not recommend their services.
