There aren’t enough words to describe how invaluable Tirusha and her team were to me and my family during our wedding weekend, and the years leading up to it. I hired Tirusha as my day-of coordinator in 2019; however, she was always available for advice and tips leading up to the big day. She joined my husband and I in Mexico for our site visit and food tasting, and she and her team provided valuable insight and assisted in negotiating with our vendors. As the pandemic hit in 2020, Tirusha made sure to prioritize her brides as they scrambled to make new plans. She ensured her availability for our new date (August 2020, then moved again to July 2021), and kept me calm throughout the process.
Cut to our dream wedding in Mexico - Tirusha and team ensured that both families could enjoy each event by handling all of the major and minor details. Not only did they assist in creating and keeping to established timelines, but also rectified any mistakes made by vendors. Tirusha and her team went out of their way to make sure my husband and I were fed, fanned, calm, and collected! My family and I truly could not have picked a better planner to help us through our 3-day adventure.
Needless to say, Tirusha goes above and beyond for her clients. I can truly say I’ve gained a lifelong friend!

Tirusha and her team did a great job as our wedding day coordinator! My (now) husband and I felt comfortable trusting her with our big day during our first meeting. Tirusha took the time to organize the details and logistics for the multiple events we had planned that weekend. She personally followed up with our various vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. She served as a mediator between us and our wedding service providers and advocated for our expectations and made sure they were executed accordingly. She was flexible with our busy work schedules, and offered availability to touch base with her during evenings and weekends. Tirusha’s communications and responses were clear and timely. Things that set Tirusha and her team apart from the rest: willingness to go above and beyond responsibilities, such as helping take out the multitude of hair pins late at night after the Sangeet to ensure that I could make it to bed as quickly as possible before the wedding day!
Tirusha tended to our family and friends as if they were her own. Both sets of our parents, (without being prompted!) expressed how impressed they were with Tirusha and her team. While we felt glad to have Bravura Brides on board, we were especially happy to hear that our parents and family felt the same way. Overall Tirusha was an excellent wedding coordinator, and we were so thankful to have her be with us during our special weekend. We would gladly recommend her wedding day coordination services in the future!

My friend booked Bravura Brides to plan their wedding in Cancun and it was amazing! Each event was perfect and the vendors were great. Bravura Brides sourced the DJ from the States and they killed the dance floor every night. The planners were always on top of things and were there for even the small events. Highly recommended them!!

I attended a wedding in June 2021, where Bravura Brides were the planners. The entire wedding was amazing. Everything went so smooth and the times the couple told us were right! Nothing was late or delayed. And that comes from execution. I am not getting married yet and looking to hire them already. For a pandemic wedding there were no concerns. All the vendors were great too!

I hired Tirusha after being a bridesmaids in a wedding she planned. She was so helpful with multiple details. Our venue was a blank space so we needed help setting up a lot of decor and small items everywhere. She and her team helped us with anything we needed and most importantly, they made sure everything stayed on track with timings. After the wedding, they all helped us in cleaning everything and packing up all the items we brought it. It was great having her there. We couldn't have done it without Bravura Brides!

Firstly, you often went above and beyond your responsibilities, such as helping me take out the multitude of hair pins late at night after the Sangeet, to ensure that I could make it to bed as quickly as possible before the wedding day. Secondly, you tended to our family and friends as if they were your own. Both sets of our parents, (without being prompted!) expressed how impressed they were with you and your team. Those are the reviews we value most, and while we felt glad to have you on our team, we were especially happy to hear that our parents and family felt the same way. Thirdly, you possess the drive, the tenacity and the compassion it takes to be an excellent wedding coordinator. Your wedding planner and event coordinator is supposed to help take pressure off so you don’t have to worry. If you feel like the only thing they did was come to the tastings to try food, that wasn’t really something I needed much help with, that was the fun part. The team did not clarify roles, expectations, timelines. I constantly felt like I needed to be on top of things otherwise they would not get done. At the end, I was told you were doing it so I didn’t. That is not okay, I would not have been doing so much if I had the confidence the team would take charge. I wish I could get a full refund for all the time and money I wasted. Ultimately, week of my wedding there were floor plans that were not discussed, timelines that were not clear, overall just poor organization. Ended up hiring someone else week of, and thank god they took charge. My new planner said don’t worry about anything, just relax, I’ll tell you what I need from you, send you updates, everything will be done. That’s what I needed from this team and was completely lacking.

Unfortunately, we had a poor experience with Bravura Brides. I'm not sure if there's a full team or just one lead. However we originally hired them for our wedding in 2020. Unfortunately, due to COVID, our wedding was postponed to 2022. They informed us that they can't refund our deposit since it's nonrefundable but they can apply it for a later date. We did not push back or retaliate when they informed us of that decision as it made sense given the current situation for all wedding vendors. It was a tough time and we had sympathy for everyone.

After the COVID restrictions ceased, we informed them the new dates about 8-9 months ahead. They held the date for us with no issues. At that time, they did not mention any changes to the contract (including the fees). About 6 weeks before our event, when the planning began, they mentioned that their fee has doubled. At first, we said we will need some time to think about it because their logic for the price increase did not make sense. For full context, our original contract was for 2 events of 400 people in 2020. In 2022 the events were scaled down to just one event (reception) with 200 people. Their justification for the price increase was that they will need more staff due to COVID. This was April 2022, so it didn't make sense since all COVID restrictions had been lifted. Either way, we understand COVID caused a lot of disruption for vendors, however they were not honest with us from the beginning on any price increase. However, after some thought, we went back & asked for a discount since we just couldn't rationalize their explanation for the price increase. Immediately, after asking for the discount they were agreeable to the new price. That's when we felt a disconnect & lack of credibility to what they were saying. In our opinion, it seemed as if they were just trying to see how much more money they can get from us from the contract.

We expressed our dissatisfaction & we scheduled another call to discuss further. Unfortunately, we were not aligning on why we had such an issue with their lack of transparency regarding pricing increase & the conversation did not go as smoothly as we had hoped for. Thus, we chose to lose our deposit & part ways. Overall, we did not have a positive experience & would not recommend their services.
