This was the most amazing and beautiful place to have a wedding the way you want it. The scenery is gorgeous, the staff is very flexible, and helpful. If there is anything you need done in a timely manner though, ask early and often to make sure you stay on the same page and that it gets done. I would definitely recommend this venue!

This venue is public and not specifically tailored to bridal needs. Since many volunteers work there, it was difficult for me to get a director to call me back---ever. They were accommodating when we arrived the day before and found the grass tall and the yard yucky looking (it's maintained by the city-not by them). They paid the lawn care bill out of the profit from out ceremony. Although it was the perfect location for us, I would not necessarily recommend it to just anyone.
