We wanted to have a Louisiana style buffet for our wedding to honor my husband's mothers roots. Our guests all said it was the best buffet they'd ever had at a wedding reception. We had Chicken stuffed w/cream cheese and Ortega chilies, slow roasted ribs, corn bread w/honey-garlic butter, scalloped potatoes, jambalaya, sweet-potato and spring salads, sweet-tea and coffee stations. Phil, the owner/chef at BonTemps Creole Cafe is a PRO! Everything went smoothly, food was plentiful, hot and outstanding. He and his crew left the venue sparkly clean.
