The venue was very easy to work with and was able to help us tailor a ceremony and reception that fit our wishes and budget. Communication with the owner and our wedding coordinator was efficient and easy, and we were treated like family rather than a customer which I think is rare in customer service today. The only issue was that our DJ, who we booked through the venue, was not great. With that said we are still happy with our decision to have our wedding at Bluebird Haven Estates and would highly recommend them to other couples!

I got married at this venue in October 2023. I had an amazing experience with Sallie and her team who were so patient and kind when helping me figure out all of the little details. The day of, the venue was absolutely gorgeous, I couldn’t have asked for a prettier venue. Sallie was so supportive and you could tell she really cares about her clients and does everything in her power to make sure you have a perfect day. I would highly recommend this venue, there’s so many different options where you can do your ceremony and reception, the venue is beautiful, and Sallie does everything she can to support you and make planning easy. Her pricing is also very reasonable. So glad we found this place!!

Sallie and her team are fantastic. They communicate really well, are very kind and the prices are great. The venue is nestled in trees which makes it so peaceful and beautiful. It also has a lot of different options for ceremony/reception places. Jaclyn was our bartender and everyone (including us) LOVED her! We absolutely recommend this venue to anyone and everyone.

Bluebird Haven Estates is the best place to have that perfect wedding all nested with tons of natural beauty, land, nature and birds located in the heart of Madisonville, Texas.

My wife and I looked at a few other venues, but couldn’t quite get that 100% good vibe until we checked out Bluebird Haven Estates, family owned by Sallie. Sallie and her assistant, Jaclyn worked hard day and night helping us plan our special day with lots of love, affection and care along with always going that extra mile, making sure everything went as smooth and organized as possible.

The venue is well maintained and with tons of land, lots of amazing unique custom touches, horseshoes for kids (and adults) along with plenty of parking behind the venue in the back as well making Bluebird Haven Estates the one for the win! My wife and I both received so many nice compliments for the wedding venue. The spectacular metal siding/metal roof Venue was gorgeous inside, has a full upstairs bridal suite with a circular window overlooking the property providing a beautiful view and there is also a groomsmen suite downstairs as well. There is an added bonus of a mini sound system in the actual venue which contains a wireless mic and 2 nice size great sounding speakers as well with aux jack for music playing. The venue is equipped with a kitchen containing 2 full size refrigerator/freezer units along with a range and a kitchen sink.

We loved the dock and pond with the bonus of the multicolored light fountain viewed at night along with the stars and decided to have the ceremony outside. We are very blessed to find this one of a kind gem and everyone had a great time!

There is a gorgeous guest house available for rent towards the right with a when you enter the property that also has another garden perfect for additional pictures. The guest house sleeps 18 people which is a huge convenience for family! Hotels are also available with in 2 miles of the Venue for guests.

Bluebird Haven Estates is picture perfect! This was one of the most important things my husband and I were looking for in a venue. When the place is already so beautiful, minimal decorations are required. Sallie made everything come together for us. She is open-minded to all of your ideas and works with you to make your wedding day exactly what you want. We are still getting compliments from guests on how gorgeous the venue was! On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable. Once you visit this venue, you will fall in love. This place is truly a "haven" in the midst of wedding planning stresses. On my wedding day, I felt completely serene and ready to marry my best friend surrounded by all of our favorite people. Perfection!

Sallie was so helpful and did a wonderful job for our special day. She made sure everything was how we wanted it and gave us quality service. She even made us a special painting to always remember our day by and really got to know us so that we felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Her prices are also very reasonable. The property is also perfect for a great outdoor wedding!

She also did a painting for us at the reception and it was absolutely beautiful and it is something we have hanging up to always remind us of our special day. I am so lucky to have some across this little gem. The Bluebird Haven meet all my expectations and needs when it came to my wedding. Sallie, the owner, was an absolute dream to work with. Very prompt and accommodating to any request. There are multiple areas on the property to get have to the ceremony that you can choose from. I chose to have an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception and it turned out perfect. I would recommend this venue and staff a million times over if I could.
