Bluebird Haven Estates is the place!
Bluebird Haven Estates is the best place to have that perfect wedding all nested with tons of natural beauty, land, nature and birds located in the heart of Madisonville, Texas.
My wife and I looked at a few other venues, but couldn’t quite get that 100% good vibe until we checked out Bluebird Haven Estates, family owned by Sallie. Sallie and her assistant, Jaclyn worked hard day and night helping us plan our special day with lots of love, affection and care along with always going that extra mile, making sure everything went as smooth and organized as possible.
The venue is well maintained and with tons of land, lots of amazing unique custom touches, horseshoes for kids (and adults) along with plenty of parking behind the venue in the back as well making Bluebird Haven Estates the one for the win! My wife and I both received so many nice compliments for the wedding venue. The spectacular metal siding/metal roof Venue was gorgeous inside, has a full upstairs bridal suite with a circular window overlooking the property providing a beautiful view and there is also a groomsmen suite downstairs as well. There is an added bonus of a mini sound system in the actual venue which contains a wireless mic and 2 nice size great sounding speakers as well with aux jack for music playing. The venue is equipped with a kitchen containing 2 full size refrigerator/freezer units along with a range and a kitchen sink.
We loved the dock and pond with the bonus of the multicolored light fountain viewed at night along with the stars and decided to have the ceremony outside. We are very blessed to find this one of a kind gem and everyone had a great time!
There is a gorgeous guest house available for rent towards the right with a when you enter the property that also has another garden perfect for additional pictures. The guest house sleeps 18 people which is a huge convenience for family! Hotels are also available with in 2 miles of the Venue for guests. -

This place is magical! The moment we arrived, we were, “greeted” by a mama doe and her three tiny fawns! My granddaughter’s wedding was the sweetest, most perfect day - even in mid-July’s heat. The crew in residence couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind. Sallie Reid took such a personal interest in the day. I’m anxious to see how the future of this haven unfolds as the Lord fulfills His plans!Bluebird Haven Estates's reply:

The venue is BEAUTIFUL. Everything about the venue was just perfect. The owner, Mrs Sallie, was wonderful. She was able to help me out with any questions I had even before I decided on the venue. She made my wedding planning so much easier and was there with me every step of the way. She was there during the day to making sure that everything was going great and even checked on us the next day. Even with the curve balls I threw her, she was able to make my big day so special. I will never be able to express what a joy she was to deal with. She truly only wants to make your day as special as she can.
There are several different packages offered that you can choose from with one of the options being that the staff will set up and clean up.

This venue is beautiful and the staff is amazing! My brother was married here and our family had the best time. It was very clean and all of our requests were easily accommodated. I highly recommend this hidden gem!Bluebird Haven Estates's reply:

How do I decide where to host the most important celebration of my life? I want a breathtaking venue to memorialize our wedding photos. I need a competent coordinator to assume the responsibilities and stress that comes with wedding planning. A location that all my family can safely travel to is paramount. I am searching for a transparent owner who will walk me through both the financial and artistic aspects that create the perfect wedding. Through all this, I want to find a venue that values the sacredness and beauty of the most important day of this new venture, my wedding. These questions engrossed my thoughts as I searched for a wedding venue. I am sure those reading this can relate. All my thoughts fell to peace when I met the venue owner, Sallie. This brilliant host understood and delivered our needs beyond my wildest expectation. Wedding planning is stressful. As an artist, Sallie’s calming presence and innate eye for beauty keeps you focused on the most important aspects of your special day. As a businesswoman, Sallie’s stellar communication and logistical skills allows her to seamlessly coordinate vendors. She is experienced, professional, and deeply authentic. She shares in your joy, and anticipates the needs of everyone in your wedding party. This stunning venue coupled with Sallie’s expertise absolved the “day of” pressures allowing my family to be fully present in the celebration of a sacred bond, which can often be overshadowed by chaos at other venues. I will forever look back on my wedding in awe of the elegance, joy, and celebration shared by all. My guests kept approaching me with “Congratulations! This is the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to!” and I attribute that to Sallie.

Dream wedding venue
I am so glad I got to experience the most special day of my life at Bluebird Haven Estates! They made the process so easy and accommodating! I get compliments all the time on how beautiful the venue was and how nice the owner and staff were to everyone! Bluebird Haven is the most beautiful spot we found. From trees located everywhere on the grounds to the beautiful pond, water fountain and waterfall. We were happy because my son (getting married in March) and soon to be DIL loved not only the venue but LOVED the grounds. It is the perfect location as they both have family and friends coming from Dallas and Houston. Bluebird Haven is located right between the two cities. Another thing to add, the bridal suite is to die for! I was very impressed with the rates considering what Sallie has to offer. Sallie thought of every little detail to make your day special. She also offers a huge piece of your beautiful day to take with you. I’ll let her share that with you. We couldn’t be happier! As a mother wanting to make their child’s day not only perfect but special....I would highly recommend Bluebird Haven.Bluebird Haven Estates's reply:

Blissful experience
I am so lucky to have some across this little gem. The Bluebird Haven meet all my expectations and needs when it came to my wedding. Sallie, the owner, was an absolute dream to work with. Very prompt and accommodating to any request. There are multiple areas on the property to get have to the ceremony that you can choose from. I chose to have an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception and it turned out perfect. I would recommend this venue and staff a million times over if I could. Sallie Reid and the Bluebird Haven will always have a special place in my husband and my heart.Bluebird Haven Estates's reply:

Gorgeous property
The property is beautiful and Sallie is wonderful. She’s very thoughtful and cares very much about the weddings and the bride and groom. She even paints gallery quality paintings for you based on your love story. I love the chapel on the property.. both inside and out are beautiful. Beautiful venue
A beautiful venue with an incredible staff! Amazing little oasis in a great location. Many different places and settings to be married in. Definitely a must see!

The wedding we wanted!
The venue was very easy to work with and was able to help us tailor a ceremony and reception that fit our wishes and budget. Communication with the owner and our wedding coordinator was efficient and easy, and we were treated like family rather than a customer which I think is rare in customer service today. The only issue was that our DJ, who we booked through the venue, was not great. With that said we are still happy with our decision to have our wedding at Bluebird Haven Estates and would highly recommend them to other couples!Bluebird Haven Estates's reply:

I want to offer my apologies for our DJ. I learned later he was having a lot of trouble with his back and was in a lot of pain at the time of your wedding preparations and at the wedding itself. He was professional in not giving us a last minute notice he could not come -- which I really did appreciate. I am sorry he was not on his game for your special night - he is usually great fun.
