Blue View Barn is a wedding venue located in Winter Haven, Florida that provides a true country setting, This family-owned and operated blueberry farm sits on 28 acres with tall pine and oak trees. OUR BASIC BARN PACKAGE STARTS AT $2500!

Facilities and Capacity

Blue View Barn offers a one or two day event venue which accommodates up to 150 guests, allowing couples to create their own DIY-style event with plenty of time to rehearse, relax and enjoy the wedding you've always dreamed of having.The 36 x 48 enclosed barn has a concrete slab floor and is filled with string lights. They offer a beautiful open-air wedding chapel that can be used for your ceremony as well as a spacious air-conditioned bridal suite for the bridal party to get ready for the big day.

Seasonal Availability

Blue View Barn is open during the months of September through March. They are closed April through August due to other events occurring on the blueberry farm.

Services Offered

Blue View Barn provides a rural farm feel in the heart of Central Florida, making sure to help you create a fabulous event that you and your guests will never forget. They will provide you with a wide range of decorations, such as wooden slices, mason jars and whiskey barrels that will allow you to enhance your dance floor, ceremony and reception areas. History

The owners of Blue View Barn have been in the farming business since 1979, first as a plant nursery and now as a blueberry farm since 1999. After getting many requests to host events on the property, they were inspired to make it into a rustic venue as well.

Location

This beautiful property is off highway 17, just five miles southeast of Winter Haven. It resides between Tampa and Orlando, making it a convenient central location for all of your guests.

Amazing experience

We fell in love with the venue and Jackie alike! It was absolutely gorgeous well set up and a great price!!! There are so many decorations available for use and our guest thought everything was beautiful!

Perfect venue

Blue View Barn was the perfect place to have our reception! Jackie was easy to work with, and very accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and had a lot of suggestions to help make our dreams a reality. We couldn't have picked a better place.

Blue View Barn is a hidden gem! Absolutely priceless!!

Blue View Barn absolutely stole our hearts from day 1! From our first walk through all the way to after our wedding, Jackie has been an absolute gem! Without her our special day wouldn't have went as smoothly as it did. She not only is friendly and welcoming, but she works tirelessly behind the scenes to perfect everything. Her venue starts at such a reasonable price that we were able to reserve the barn for 2 days! Not only that, but everything from tables, chairs, décor, and set up is available. Not to mention, the new Grooms Saloon was a big hit with my husband and his closest friends. I would 100% recommend this lovely, intimate venue to anyone. It's the ideal location for a fairytale wedding.

The Whiteheads are the BEST!

We booked after the first time we visited and I am so thankful this was the first and only venue we saw. We booked two years ahead of time due to pushing our date and our deposit was able to follow us. When we booked, a lot of the extra features Jacqueline and her husband, John, added to the farm we did not get to see so we followed along on Facebook. At the time of our rehearsal there was so much decor we got to choose from and we were able to modify the space to match our style and taste. Jacqueline and John were with us every step of the way and Jacqueline even helped my family clean up at the end of the night. She was so caring and attentive and gave us direction on what could be moved around the space. We are so thankful the Blue View Barn exists and we cannot wait to come back to visit during UPick season!

Highly recommend!

We had our wedding here last October and it was amazing! They’re willing to work with you completely and the venue is amazing. They’ve done great work with it and you definitely get everything you pay for. The pricing is awesome and I highly recommend this venue. It’s almost a year later and I’m still happy we decided to go with this venue.

Amazing Venue

Rustic open aired barn!

This was the perfect venue for what we imagined for our big day! The rustic atmosphere went perfect with our Christmas themed wedding! Jackie & her husband we’re close by all night making sure we had everything we needed not to mention she helped us set up the day before & clean up the night of. Our pictures were beautiful with the plethora of locations around the property that made the perfect dreamy sunset back drop. I didn’t have one compliant about the venue or the owners. It couldn’t had been any better!

Mother of the Groom, and now new daughter!

Blue View made this a wonderful experience for not only our Bride and Groom, but our family and friends. Jackie and her husband are so easy to work with, and so very accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed at every turn. The outdoor chapel is just amazing, and just let me tell you if you want a night time wedding you should see this place after the sun sets on those blue berry fields! Gorgeous, from the barn to the chapel, to the huge open field with beautiful trees which makes picture taking amazing. Truly a 5 star experience.
