We were so lucky to have found Blue Stream Photography for our videography in such a short time before our wedding. And we were even luckier that they were able to squeeze us in! We originally weren’t planning on booking a videographer, but I fell in love with their work & just KNEW we had to have them. Our budget was already set, and this was an addition, but we were delighted when Melissa & Michael were able to work with us and offer even more than we expected. The day of the wedding was so natural with them, they fit right in & everyone LOVED them. I loved working with Melissa and Mike from blue stream photography. They captured our love perfectly for our engagement photos and we had a great time shooting the video and photos for the wedding. Where do I start? WE LOVE BLUESTREAM!! Melissa and Michael, you are everything!! We had seen their work from my best friends engagement and wedding and met them there. Once I saw how professional and amazing their pictures look, I knew we’d found our photographers forever!! It is so great to be able to have a team (husband and wife) that work so well together and really understand how to create and capture memories. They helped us to embrace a fun loving retro engagement shoot and our wedding day...it was like having our best friends with us who happened to have cameras. Everyone loved them as much as we do and we can’t wait for them to photograph our next adventure!!

I think I looked to make Blue Stream Photography a part of my wedding as quickly as I chose my bridesmaids. They spent a few lengthy phone calls convincing us of the decision, but it was already made by the time I gave them a call. The photos from their website and what we knew of their personalities was enough.
Our first session, our engagement session, was so much fun. Mike and Melissa were already aware of our self-perceived strengths and weaknesses and planned every shot around them until we forgot about them completely. They found perfect locations and were quick to adjust for the sun and rain. I was blown away when the finished photos got to us. We're never looked so good.
Our second session was a solo session with me and Melissa, and I highly suggest taking the opportunity. A boudoir shoot is awkward. There's a photographer you don't know intimately trying to capture an intimate you. Somehow Melissa broke all of that down for me. It was like two girlfriends trying to perfect each other's selfies. I loved everything about it.
Our third session was our wedding day. Mike and Melissa were with us from 7:00 am while I was getting ready with my bridesmaids until every guest had left the venue. And every one of those guests knew Mike and Melissa. They introduced themselves and took it from there. They laughed and joked with them, danced with them, and corralled them. My mom, she loved them. My grandmother is still talking about them and what a perfect team they were. And the photos have been perfect so far. Again. They captured moments only someone paying attention could have seen, those moments you can't predict for a list of must-haves. I'm grateful to them for being quick to shoot at those times.
