We opted to do our bridal party hair & makeup at the salon instead of the venue because our venue only allowed us on premises 2 hours prior to the ceremony. This worked out wonderfully because Liz was able to accommodate us in her beautiful salon/studio. We had 4 bridesmaids, both moms, and myself all scheduled for hair and makeup. They had several stylists in that day to make sure everyone got done in time. There is a back room, kind of a lounge area where we unloaded snacks and hung out while others were getting hair or makeup done.
One of my bridesmaids made a huge fuss that her makeup wasn't right and didn't look like the picture from pinterest. I will tell you that the stylist did the makeup EXACTLY like the pinterest photo and handled my embarrassing bridesmaid with grace.
I also did appreciate the extra time that went into my makeup to make sure it would last through the night and looked the way I wanted. I had a last second change in my lipstick and the stylist did it without any fuss.

The BEST! everyone here is amazing! They did my hair for my wedding - it lasted all night and the next day! 10 Stars!!!!

I used blow me away blow dry bar for 1 of wedding events and they were absolutely phenomenal. Very professional and polite. I also had a group of 10 bridesmaids who were provided hair and makeup by them. All of the girls loved there unique exotic look! I will definitely be using them in the future

I hired them for my bridal party to get hair and makeup done and everyone was so happy with their look! I also had them do my hair and makeup for my wedding and they did a beautiful job! One word, INCREDIBLE! I wanted a natural, glowing look for my outdoor June wedding and I was soooooo nervous about my hair and makeup holding up in the heat. I am so happy I went to Blow Me Away after all the amazing reviews I’ve heard about this place! I look back at pictures and still can’t believe how perfectly flawless my hair and makeup looked even after an entire day outdoors! They made the experience for myself and my ten person bridal party so much fun! They went out of their way to completely understand the looks we were going for, answered all of our questions along the way, and showed us so many little tricks to keep us looking fresh the entire day. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their amazing team to everyone!!!

After reading so many great reviews, I went to Blow Me Away for a hair trial and makeup for my wedding. The trial was so perfect I booked Blow Me Away for my my big day. The stylist came to my hotel in Long Island City at 7am and I was ready for my first meet pictures in Brooklyn!! The stylist came to Brooklyn with me for touch ups since it was an extremely hot day. The stylist was with me from the morning till the time of the wedding and it was amazing because I didn't once feel like I needed to worry if my hair moved or my makeup was melting. Thank you Blow Me Away!!! I'm recommending you to all my friends and family.

p.s. I went back two weeks later to get my hair and makeup for my sisters wedding and once again Maria, my stylist, did an amazing job.

I had a feeling the price was too good to be true but went for it anyway by using Blow Me Away on my wedding day for my hair, my bridesmaids and mothers. My trial was pretty good but it was a beautiful day, no humidity. Then, on the day of, I had no response to how I should prepare my hair that morning or the night before. Right after she was done styling my hair it looked good but within 15 minutes, it frizzed up. People commented that they were surprised I would wear my hair curly on my wedding day....that was not the plan, just poor styling and maintenance. I would NOT recommend this place for your wedding but for a blow out, why not.
