I had such a wonderful experience with Bloomie's! They were so nice, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our flowers were very fresh, and so very gorgeous! They even went out of their way to fly in daffodils from Canada as they are my favorite flower, but not in season in May for my wedding. I had previously talked to other florists, and none of them were willing to work with me on daffodils....so when I found Bloomie's and they said it was no problem, I knew I had found my florist! :)

Do not use this vendor. Very poor customer service skills. Does not return your calls or answer e-mails. Even has gone so far as to answer the phone himself and then pretend he is not in when you ask directly for him. Poor poor service. Bloomie's obviously has the market cornered in SW MI since they are one of the only florists in town, but that shouldn't be an excuse to provide poor service. When I asked him to add on an additional $500 in fresh lavender, he did it, but told me I would "have to find someone else to tie it onto the napkins since he is too busy" The bouquets were all wrong, the men's bouts were the wrong size, the mother's were supposed to have nosegays, and they had wrist corsages. The one thing that was done nicely was my bouquet and the arch. I will give them that much. Definitely shop around!
