Blessed Magnolia is a wedding and event planning team based in Ocala, Florida, serving Marion, Alachua, Citrus, Sumter, and Lake counties. We've been doing this for 8 years, and in that time we've planned roughly 120 weddings for couples who just booked a venue and realized, almost immediately, that booking the venue was the easy part.

Here's what we've noticed after 8 years in this market: the couples who choose us are looking for someone who will actually listen to their specific vision, not sell them a generic package. Some of our couples want to hand off nearly every decision once trust is established. Others have a small handful of things that matter most to them (a family pet at the ceremony, a signature food station, a particular feeling for the room) and are happy to hand off the rest. We build around whichever one you are.

What makes us different isn't just that we care, though we do. It's that the vendors we work alongside, photographers, videographers, DJs, notice it too, and tell couples so, unprompted, on-site. A precise timeline means every vendor has the time and space to do their best work. That kind of vendor-community validation isn't something we can manufacture. We offer four levels of support: The Magnolia Guide, a self-guided planning platform at $60/month for couples who want structure without hands-on help; Event Management (day-of coordination) starting at $2,500; Event Management + Design (partial planning) starting at $5,200; and Full-Service Wedding Planning starting at $8,000, or 12% of your total wedding budget, which includes coverage for your entire wedding weekend, not just the day itself.
