Rhythm and Music Entertainment, formerly known as Blazing Hollywood Sound, is a wedding DJ based in Scottsville, New York, serving Rochester and the surrounding areas. The company strives to help couples design their ultimate wedding soundtrack, creating an unforgettable night. Our team understands the importance of this momentous day and brings nothing less than the highest quality of entertainment. The company has a wealth of experience in the entertainment industry, owing to its many years in service.

Our founder, DJ Chris, has been in the wedding DJ business for over ten years. His passion for music allows him to tailor every experience to each couple.

Beyond amazing im so happy!

Chris was flexible during the many changes of my wedding date due to covid, he check in consistently and went above and beyond to make me happy on my special day. I thought he did an amazing job with keeping up with music and keeping the party going! Thank you chris for the outstanding customer service and making my wedding so fun

Amazing wedding DJ

The DJ was great! He was very accommodating to music requests and staying longer. He was very professional and made sure everything was going smoothly for us. Would recommend to everyone looking for a DJ for a u event. Thank you so much for a great time!!

Non stop party

We had one rule. We wanted the dance floor full from the end of dinner to the end of the reception. He did not disappoint. He met all of our needs and made sure everything is perfect for the our big wedding day. During the ceremony he made sure everyone was heard and the music was clear and at perfect volume. I would recommend for any event. Thanks for making our wedding day amazing

Great experience!

Chris was our DJ for our wedding on 5/22/21. Through a year-long postponement, a venue change, and even a rainy outdoor ceremony Chris helped us navigate each stressful situation with positive energy and understanding. It was reassuring to have a DJ who could roll with the punches and handle the unexpected that comes with any wedding. Once we got through the inclement weather, our guests had the most wonderful time dancing the night away. The dance floor was packed the entire night! The uplighting also looked gorgeous and enhanced everything at the reception. Chris’s prices were extremely reasonable for the amount of time and effort that he put into our wedding. Communication was always very easy and efficient. Thanks, Blazing Hollywood Sounds for helping us with the soundtrack of our special day!

Chris was awesome!!

Chris was our DJ yesterday and he was amazing!!! It was everything I wished for our wedding and more! I had to switch the Mother Son song last minute and he was very accommodating for us. He was just great! I would definitely recommend him for any party! He took requests and played everything we asked for!! Thanks so much again Chris!!!

Recommend DJ Chris!

DJ Chris was one of the smoothest parts of our day. Booking with him was easy, and he is very responsive via FaceBook Messenger. I even requested a custom edit of the songs I wanted to use for my two father/daughter dances, and he did an amazing job! He was responsive to song requests and kept people dancing all night.
