Cate is a rockstar! We went to my appointment expecting to leave with a completely different dress but after trying on about 5 we found that they were all gorgeous but not really the one. Cate asked if I only wanted to try on one style of dress or if I was open to a different style. I told her I would try on anything and she disappeared only to come back with THE MOST GORGEOUS DRESS we had ever seen. I tried it on and everyone cried, she said she knew it would be the dress for me after learning my personality. Then even better, it was below budget and had a veil to match! Birdie Bridal gave me THE bride experience that stories talk about. They also did an amazing job on alterations, getting me my dress back with plenty of time before my bridals!

They have a large selection of dresses and are very attentive to your needs. They really make you feel special. I had a wonderful experience finding my dream dress

Very cute place! I didn’t end up getting my dress from here but 10/10 would recommend. I have gone to several different dress shops but I had by far the BEST bridal experience here. Kayla and Ellie were very helpful and considerate of my budget. I am extremely indecisive but they were very patient with me and even let me come in last minute to try on a dress (AGAIN) at the end of the day. Thanks for an amazing bridal experience !

I had a wonderful time at Birdie Bridal! I love that when you schedule an appointment, you and your party are the only people in the store. It made for a really personal appointment. My dress is absolutely beautiful. I, personally, also loved the smaller collection of dresses. There are still plenty to choose from in every style but I was happy to not be overwhelmed by a million options. Great local Fort Worth business!

Birdie's Bridal was simply amazing. They make you feel so special and are very attentive. I was the first appointment of the day and had the entire salon to myself, we were greeted with mimosas and allowed to browse the store and take pictures. Kayla, my consultant, was super sweet and fun. After trying on 3 of the 5 dresses I initially picked, she went and chose a 6th dress for me to try on last - and it was The One! After my appointment, Syble, the owner, has been super responsive with any little questions I've emailed about. 10/10.

The ladies at Birdie Bridal are so easy going and make you feel special as soon as you walk in! I love the feel of the intimate space. There are hundreds of dresses to pick from and you will not feel rushed or pressured. My stylist, picked out a dress for me before I came in and it was the one I fell and love with! They really are amazing. I will recommend to everyone!

Birdie was incredible - it was beautiful and comfortable. Syble and another lady (unfortunately I can't recall her name right now) were very inviting to my mother, my FMIL, FSIL, and I. They settled everyone in with mimosas and we all had a genuinely fun time. They listened to what I wanted, made me feel relaxed, pointed out some things that helped me make informed decisions (alterations and such), and offered constructive advice rather than just sell me on everything. I'm super grateful for all of it. I ended up going with the second dress I tried on - after proceeding to a second bridal appointment that day, I realized that nothing compared to *that* dress. They were super flexible and let me come back when I could to pick up the dress later that afternoon. I can't say enough about the customer service and genuine wonderful feeling I had there. It's also definitely more affordable than other boutiques I checked out. I absolutely recommend Birdie Bridal.

I love everything about this boutique! I found this location on Instagram and immediately fell in love. I made the drive from San Antonio with my mom and was able to find my perfect dress.
When I came back for my initial fitting I was in and out in 20 minutes. Sarah really knows what she is doing! And she even incorporated my mother's dress into my dress beautifully.
The only thing that I think could be improved it being able to get in contact with someone at the store. No one ever answers the phone and you usually have to send a text or an email and I think it gives a much better peace of mind being able to talk to a person.

Warning!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! This owner is AWFUL and knowingly takes advantage of her customers! My daughter-in-law bought her dress and veil from this place - they overcharged her for her veil - when my DIL asked them about it they refused to refund her the difference saying that the price of the veil has “gone up” - I am posting the picture of the price tag and what they charged her! When I tried to get the owner on the phone she refused to call me and then blocked me on social media. Because she knows what she’s doing is AGAINST THE LAW, and taking advantage of young brides! Anyone in retail knows that a retail store cannot charge a customer more than what the advertised or tagged price is! She had an opportunity to make it right and refused. TERRIBLE business practice and says a lot about the type of owner she is! Once you purchase your dress, the customer service is a zero.
