Billie is awesome! She made us a beautiful cake very similar to a picture I emailed her. We were able to do a cake tasting at a bridal expo. My husband and I had a 7 week engagement and Billie made the planning process seamless. We did everything over email with a phone call the week before and she called me the day before just to check on me and wish me a beautiful wedding day. I can't say enough great things about her!

We ordered the blackberry wine cake and it was excellent.

Billy's food was awesome :) and her cake tasted wonderful. She was very easy to work with, my only side note is that she wasn't as responsive getting back to me as I would have liked, but I do understand she was quite busy.

The food was great and if you book your catering through her, she will do the wedding cake for half price, a great deal. The food and the cake were great. The responsiveness and professionalism were mediocre... she handed my husband the bill at our reception (I would have thought she would have given it to my father or someone to give to us). Also, make sure you ask them to put some food aside for you and your husband for later, after cleaning up, they took all of the food with them and we were starved.
