Eddies Cakes is a family owned business run by Ed and Elaine. We've been doing cakes for weddings and other occasions since 1980 when we started with our own wedding cake. Ed started cake decorating in Southern Africa which, along with Australia has grown into one of the leading regions of the world for fondant icing and gum-paste decorations. Ed has received a number of awards for his cake icing Elaine is the baker in the family, and a very good one at that.She has received a number of awards for her baking and is renowned for her fruit cake. You name the cake and Elaine can do it

Wildflour Market and Bakery
This is a three tier, square Wedding cake. Each tier was a different flavor. Top tier three layer white cake with Chocolate Ganache filling. Middle cake was a chocolate cake with pecans and chocolate chips and filled with chocolate ganache and carmel sauce. The bottom tier is a three layer carrot cake with cream cheese filling. The entire cake is froated and piped with buttercream icing. This cake was enough to feed 125 people. The flowers were put on the cake by Dove Florist ate the Blumen House.

Perfect for the start of Forever

Ed really went above and beyond for us, our cake looked beautiful and tasted just as good if not better than it looked. I highly recommend Ed to anyone who needs that special cake for their special day.

Delicious Artistry!

Eddie did a wonderful job of taking our ideas for our wedding cake and turning it into a delicious and beautiful masterpiece. It was wonderful having a cake that was so customized to our personalities, just perfect! He created a lovely Blue Ridge Mountains design, and the dogwood blossoms he made for the top were so realistic it was hard to believe they were edible creations. Highly recommended!
