Emily is everything you could ask for in a vendor and so much more. She was able to take my dream vision from a variety of photos to combine them into my very own unique masterpiece. From the first time I met Emily I knew she was the one who would have to make my cake. She is kind, inspiring, and worth every penny. Plus her cake taste pretty dang good too. I can not explain the excitement we had when choosing our cake flavors because Emily had so many amazing options to try for our tasting. Her flavors are not only delicious, but she offers so many unique options to the typical flavors you see at many weddings. Any cake made by Emily is going to make your event one to remember!

Emily with Barrister's Bakery's is simply awesome! I had the great privilege of using Barrister's for 3 different occasions (my sister's wedding anniversary, my mom's birthday, and for my own wedding). Emily was prompt, professional, super friendly, flexible and so easy to work with. All the cakes were heavenly, and the cream is what I call the "real stuff!" Highly recommended to any couples getting married!

Emily was amazing to work with. She was very accommodating and even made us a special funfetti tier due to it being my husband's favorite. The cake design was beautiful. We ended up having cake and cupcakes to get a variety of flavors which was great for appealing to the different guests taste. All the flavors were amazing. My mom and I stopped by to visit Emily of Barrister's Bakery with the hopes of just finding a little cutting cake for my big day. Emily sat us down in her home with a spread of beautifully displayed sample slices. After trying one bite, we knew we would have to get much more than just a cutting cake - we wanted all of the guests to have an opportunity to experience Emily's superb baking. We decided on a four tiered, multi-flavor cake because we really could not decide on one flavor we liked best. Emily even went out of her way to make us a cake topper that fit our style for the day. I would recommend Barrister's Bakery to anyone who does not want to worry at all about the quality of their dessert on the wedding day. I would even recommend this cake to the brides (like me) who typically do not even enjoy cake!

We ordered more than enough to cover guests and vendors, they were such a hit we didnt leave with much! From the consultation, Emily's warm personality and flexibility captured us. Long story short, her flavors were so good, we couldn't choose and went the cupcake option. In hindsight, this was such a great decision because it turned into our dessert table after dinner. From her amazing cake, flexibility, wise words and encouraging emails, we genuinely felt like we had an ally in pulling a wedding together. Thank you Emily!
